10 yrs strong and then this

I started using this digital line for business but the app needs A LOT of work. DO NOT use for business or anything important at the moment. This app needs a major overhaul. I’ve been with T-Mobile over 10 yrs and love their services and customer service but this app is surprising not representative of my decade experience with T-Mobile. It’s as if someone just threw this app out there with no intention of producing a quality product. Text won’t go through amongst many other inconsistencies that makes this an unreliable option. T-Mobile, I always brag about my amazing experience with you but this app is a MAJOR disappointment bc I know you have the budget and expertise to produce a quality product. Why haven’t you? Also T-Mobile, you’ve been responding to these reviews with a bot for years. Don’t send me a bot response; send me a BETTER APP! It’s been years of complaints. What is going on!!!

Needs kinks fixed! I wish it worked better 😣

I love T-Mobile! Great company but they need some help on this app! It works and a few weeks out I call out and I get nothing! So I have to delete the app and reload it to work. My pic messages don’t go through well. I really wish someone would fix the bugs and improve the experience. I use it for work so it’s super frustrating that I have to delete and reload and LOSE MY PREVIOUS conversations!! Please fix it T-Mobile! It’s not reliable, your customer service is so please help!

Great idea but…

I was using this as back up in between a damaged phone. Now that I have my new phone I have notification sounds turned off. But it’s still not only rings through but won’t stop until I open the app and close it even if I answer the phone on the other device! I like having it as a back up or alternate device but this is ridiculous I guess I have no choice but to close the app and turn all notifications off.

Login goes in loops outside US

Installed on a new phone. After login, welcome screen is displayed. After accepting the terms same login screen displayed again. This goes on forever! Confirmed the log in credentials were valid. There is no error message displayed either. Made the app unusable with this! Worked OK on previous phone.Update: Connected via VPN to US. That worked and I was able to login. Developer needs to handle exceptions in such failure and warn the user that initial login is not permitted outside USA. Or allow the user to login from outside of USA.

I really wanted it work…really

I wanted to get a proxy line because I hated giving my actual number out. Because I am a T-Mobile customer and they were offering it, I was like awesome I’ll go with them. It worked fine before. Now when I try to use it, all I get is on the top saying it’s “connecting to digits” ??? I’m confused because I am on WiFi. Then I take off my WiFi and still no dice. Idk what happened from the past week to like 2 months ago when it worked. I’ve tried it off and on for the past week and no calls or texts are going through. There is no updates on the App Store for it, so idk??? This was a nice but I’m really considering going with another company for my proxy number and service. Sad…

Doesn’t work a lot of times.

I’ve been ok with calls. The problem has been with the texts. I either don’t get them, or the ones I try to send don’t get sent, or received. Sending pictures doesn’t always work. I answer texts and there’s not even a failed message to know the person didn’t get it, but in fact they didn’t get it. I’ve tested with other phones that I own myself. Besides the obvious technical problems of the app, I think a big problem is the answer people get to tje reviews. From the developer, the answer os always something like, “message/email us directly and we’ll get you back on track”. There’s no amount of customer service that can fix the app. You (T-Mobile) just need to fix the app. Might be cheaper than all the customer service hours you have to pay to try to come with solutions that won’t work. The solution is fixing the app for good. It’s a great idea. Why wouldn’t you? You have many complaints. That means a lot of people had hopes and were disappointed. You just have to not disappoint and boom , success and happiness for all.

Doesn’t work and voicemail resets to default

I run my business line through the internal SIM feature on my iPhone. It’s extremely frustrating that I’ll miss a client call and they’re forced to leave a voicemail after an embarrassing message….when my phone is right with me! T-Mobile has been great for 13 years, but I’m about to drop them bc of how poorly reliable this app is. I want to be able to use the dual sim feature and not have to carry around two phones!! If you all can fix this and it works as intended I’ll come back and give you a 5 star review!! Thanks.

Chronically, unusably buggy

This app is Bug City, and has been for years. Random silent sign-outs, text messages not sending, texts showing up in the wrong thread from the wrong sender, incoming calls not ringing—you name the feature, and it doesn’t consistently work, breaking in ways that make the feature useless for anything of importance.T-Mobile will, of course, have their bot once again comment to call customer service to fix the issue on my account. There is no issue on my account. The app just needs to be fixed. Having the same debilitating bugs for at least four years with a terrible App Store review score is an embarrassment and an insult to T-Mobile customers. If you need a second line on the same phone, don’t pay for DIGITS.

First 24 hours terrible!!!!

I’ve just downloaded the app to give it a try but there’s some mix-up with their service overall. I was testing my new number out and it turns out someone is still using that number because I sent a message but someone else is replying right back from the messages. Called T-Mobile and the rep didn't have a valid explanation of how something like that could happen. T-Mobile rep gave me a list of numbers to choose from. Choose a new number but yet the same problem!! My caller ID shows something else and number already in use. Don't use this app. It’s terrible before you know it you’ll have mistaken identity people calling and messaging you but it’s not. Explore other options.
