Great app for keeping track of pet
This app makes me feel safe in knowing where my pet is at all times
Extremely big device and “safe zone” is too large of an area
I bought this for my cat because I don’t like him going outside. Sometimes he’ll go out the doggy door and I wanted this to be able to tell me when he does. However the radius of the safe zone is too large to be able to just target my house. Also the device is pretty big for a small cat.
Nice product to help track activity
It has location tracking too but I am loving the activity tracking feature - healthy dogs need to be active and this helpful to nudge me walk a bit more
Glitches and bad battery
First device didn’t sync. After 3 days with tech support they said they sent me a new one. They didn’t. Another day of tech support and they finally mailed it. It synced. Then the battery life was 12 hours. That’s insane. It works, for 12 hours, then is dead an I lost my pet. A few weeks later, it won’t update or connect to wifi. Total waste of time.
Works as expected.
I am able to locate my dog at any time. Also, I can see the activity updates once in a while. :)

I got this for my cat who loves to be outside, first of all the device is decently big for a small dog/cat, it does weigh down the collar which can be a bummer, I wish they made different sizes, secondly the tracker mode isn’t working well for me, it’s taking more then 60 minutes to track where my cat is which just feeds to the anxiety! I’m not sure if it’s just my connection but it’s simply frustrating either way. Lastly I wish they made it so when you’re tracking/ trying to find your pet, the tracking device on the animals makes a slight beeping noise or even just a soothing chime so it would be easier to locate the animal, especially with cats who love to hide, it’s not as easy to locate them. I enjoy the light feature on the device, it makes me feel better about my cat being outside at night and did help with me locating him better! I’m not 100% sold on this device for I think they could make it better.

The app has a really fun and intuitive design, made it SUPER easy to connect the tracker and has fun interactive elements like turning on the light.

I purchased this to keep track of my dog and it NEVER WORKED ! And they now wont even replace it THIS IS GARBAGE DO NOT BUY THIS !!!!
The best!
It was pretty cheap compared to other devices out there and works just as it describes perfectly! Easy to set up and everything. My dogs love to wonder off and once one went missing for a week. The tracker is fantastic! The worker was even nice to find a BOGO deal for us!Downside is that the device is only one size and I have a toy yorkie. It’s big compared to him and he often doesn’t like a lot around his head. I can’t imagine how hard it is for cats, especially since the device is for both animals.
