Laundry room

Only thing is they shouldn’t use front lading machines, clothes get lint on them when dryer strips and dirt and grim get fought the the rubber rim of the washer and the dryer doesn’t get hot enough. The app works well as long as your cell phone works correctly. When ever there was an issue the company did respond right away which is really awesome! The app and company are great! Oh why is there only one dryer and one washing machine in each building?

CALECO ROCKS!!

Love Love LOVE this laundry svc company. Kind, patient & always professional are the team members when I’ve called for service or a refund if needed on a machine which may be acting wonky. The team here too is always prompt in returning calls same day or next business day and always promptly services their machines when needed. Josh is the best here too in IT/Service department and as I said, especially patient with my “old school” self who’s not as familiar with any needed basic tech issues on my end (via their phone app.) LolNo wonder they’re ranked so high in the Delaware Valley! Great service!

If you have a good wifi, a smart phone with blue tooth capability and a debit/ credit card linked to it…. You will be set!! Make sure to put the App on your phone. Yes you can have a card, that you can tap on the machine and pre load the card, but thats more of a hassel.Just use you smart phone… so much more easier. Download the app on your phone, follow the instructions. It’s that simple!!

steals your credit card info

This app will ask you to top up your laundry account with a credit card. Ok, no problem with that. But there is no option to unlink your credit card after that, regardless of how much money you already have in the laundry account. You must enter a new card in order to cancel the old card, so they will always have one of your credit cards on file. Unlike a physical laundry card that uses one-time payment, this app will forever have your credit card info once you use it. I don’t care how secure the company claims to keep my info, this feature alone disgusts me enough to never use their services again.

App doesn’t work half the time

You need Wi-Fi to operate the app so if you get no signal in your building, good luck. Even when you have signal, it will malfunction half the time and say “can’t work machine” or something like that after you scan it and put in your settings and press okay. I tried restarting my phone, that didn’t work. I had to delete the app and reinstall it for it to work. How many times do I have to do that in order to do my laundry?Not to mention, when you send a report to their maintenance team, good luck getting timely a response. It might take a week or two until someone finally reaches out to you about your problem. Horrible service and horrible app.

Will still take your money.

This app has took my money so many times and it’s hard to contact customer service. I contacted them months ago about the issue and no one ever got back to me. I have used this app to wash and dry clothes but sometimes it’ll take my money even when the machine doesn’t start for some reason. This has happened atleast 5 times and they have only gave me a refund for the very first time which took atleast a month or so to get back smh. Yea it’s better then having to deal with quarters but it can and will still take your money. I do not like anything that take my money and don’t refund me…So I would just say they need to do better with refunds and customer service!!!

Convenient!

I love the ease of use of this app for doing laundry. Not having to use coins is a huge relief! Adding money is easy. Possible improvements for the future (please!) I live in an apt building and people often leave their stuff in the washer or dryer - please add a way to send a push notification to the last person who paid to use the machine so they can come get their stuff. I know the app reminds them after the cycle is done but that’s not enough if they’ve left things overnight and forgot them. I don’t want to touch somebody else’s items. I’d love to hit a remind button and they get sent another notification that they need to come get their things. Also, the ability to add amounts smaller than $10 would be great. Thank you!

New Machines at apps. building on the 2000 block.

When I first moved to this location in Walnut St. I was worried silly, because the old machines were dirty and only took coins. From the very start, I decided to take my clothes to the laundry mat. Not the best option, having to walk to the store, having to get coins and all limitations that come with this view. I didn't want to do all that unnecessary work just to get my clothes cleaned. So, guess what happened? I did not do my laundry for weeks. Thankfully, I had enough clothe to last at least a month. Then I found out the old machines were replaced and on top of that they took electronic payments. Saving time, money, and inconvenience. So, far, I haven't had any issues with them. As long as we take care of them by keeping them clean and following the instructions, they will las a very long time. Best Decision Ever! I love them.

Easy and fun

The new machines (all with adequate wash and temperature options) in my condo building came with the app technology plus coin usage. At first I resisted downloading the app, but relented when coins became an issue. It’s extremely easy to follow the download instructions and loading the account with funds. Using the machines is even easier. The notifications about cycle completion is a good feature, especially when letting laundry sit is inconsiderate to neighbors. Yes, laundry is almost fun.

Good/convenient

I had a hard time getting my debit card in the app. Every time I attempted to put my debit card in it would give me a message that only letters and numbers are to go in these fields ( something to that effect). I reached out to customer service they suggested deleting the app and starting over. Did that and the app still wouldn’t take my debit card. So finally with playing around with the app just put my first initial and last initial in the then my debit card number and it worked....they heavens opened and I didn’t have to go get change any more to wash my clothes!

Simply use Caleco CleanPay to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.
