Makes laundry easier!

I have always hated using quarters and once the pandemic hit quarters were harder to come by and this app saved me!!! They had just updated our washers to these app enabled ones just before the pandemic and it’s been so much easier to use! I love this app!!!!

Easy to use

I am so glad my apartment upgraded to using a wash system with an app so I can pay with card. It’s so hard to find quarters these days and this app has made my life so much easier when it comes to doing and paying for laundry

Awesome!!

Seriously the best!! Especially with technology these days and how’s it evolving it works great for me! It’s better than having a card to load. It’s all on my phone and so convenient, especially when adding money. I love how on the app it tells you how long it will be for each washer/dryer, now I don’t have to run back and fourth to check to see if my laundry is done! I’m so glad our apartment switched to this.

Convenient service

The machines are very nice and clean and new and the mobile app is a great option to have to get laundry done while doing other things. Definitely the best laundry service I have seen anywhere I have rented

Could be cheaper….

But otherwise works well. Here’s the few things that could use a corrective tweak:When you’re on the app, looking up “available washer and dryers” (as in if they’re being used by others) it always says 0 of 0 available. So no matter if they are available or in use, that spot always says 0 of 0 available. Either get rid of that tab or allow us to see how many of the washers and driers there are and if they are available!Second, when adding time (basically 1 quarter for an extra 6 min), maybe a feature to add would be to say I wan to add 4 quarters and then 24 minutes will be added on (so that I don’t have to confirm and wait for it to load/process for each additional “quarter”). That’s it. App works fine other than that! Super easy to load money which is key!

This is so stupid

This is the stupidest thing I have every encountered to wash my clothes when traveling for work. I’m in a hotel and I have to download an app, register an account, and load $10 onto said account just to wash my clothes for $2.25. Tried to pay through the card swipe on the actual machine but you can only select a cycle through the app and not on the machine but the catch is with the app in order to can the washing machine you have to load a minimum of $10 on the app before you can even scan the machine, so stupid for a hotel. Why have a chip reader/swiper on the actual machine if you can’t even select a cycle without loading money onto the app, like make it make sense. I understand for apartment complexes because you’d be someone using this app every week but for the turnover rate in a hotel this is just ridiculous, makes absolutely no sense.

Makes Life Easier!

So far, everything is efficient, clean and straight -forward. It is so gratifying to have everything run smoothly plus end up with clean clothes at a fair price. Further, one does not have to ‘load up’ with 4 lbs of quarters that makes your pants lose their grip which can result in an embarrassing introduction to your new neighbors. Thank you!!!

Washers and Dryers

It’s a new arrangement that we have for the washers and dryer’s in our condo and it is fabulous. Obviously having a unit in your place is the best but this is wonderful. Machines are great and I don’t have to worry about getting quarters. It notifies me when the cycle is done and I can check minutes left if I want to on my app. It also allows for extra drying time etc.. It is a wonderful addition to our building!

Convenient, easy to use.

I absolutely appreciate this service and app. Same price, or less than a laundromat, new, good quality machines, and not having to get quarters all of the time? Sweet. Being able to just put money on my account and use my phone is really convenient. Plus having the timers on the app to tell me how long is left on my cycles is really nice.

Convenient

I like not having to search for change in order to do laundry. It’s so convenient to just add funds to my account from my phone. Or if i forget my phone, I can pay from my Apple Watch.

Simply use BDS Laundry Start to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.
