Convenient!

Love having to use my phone without bringing my wallet. I love the segment of knowing what washers/dryers are in use without leaving my house. So far I haven’t had any problems with it. Thankfully

Bummer

The app is fine, and they also give refunds without hassle when the machines go wrong which is nice. The problem is their customer service and issues with staying logged in on the app. It logged me out and I was unable to get back in, and also wasn’t getting the email for forgotten password. I called to try get it reset and she told me she’d call back. She never did and I called a few more times and left messages each time. It’s just stressful because as a single mom, it adds an additional stressor of needing to do laundry for work and school and no one on their end to help with a simple password reset.

So Easy!!!

No coin’s ever again!I always have the $ to wash, because I reload the app directly from my bank. I can budget much easier as well. 😃

It will steal from you.

It requires a $10 minimum reload. If you swipe your card at the machine it will charge you $10 for just that cycle. If you load your account it’s $10 minimum. The cost of the loads makes it so you will always be left with an unredeemable balance. Refund requests go ignored. Sure it’s better than quarters , maybe.

Awful

This app will not let me enter any payment info so I can add money to my account. It gives me an error message after entering my card info EVERY. TIME. I just wanna do my laundry :/

A nice change from coins!

I knew it was only a matter of time we’d be able to do our laundry without standing in line at the bank or begging a cashier at the store to sell some quarters. So much more convenient! Also being able to add incremental time to the drying cycle is great! My only complaint is the timer on the app can be off by as much 3-4 minutes with the actual machines. Hardly a huge deal and will probably be addressed in future updates. Keep up the good work!

Overall Great

It is nice to be able to access laundry from my phone and manage my balance electronically. Also, it can be slow to start, and it is always trying to upcharge me for the dryer.

Wash clothes in peace

Before these people came to my ghetto laundry room, the washing machines didn’t work they would back up with filthy water. They would steal your money since these people have enrolled in my building they are brand new washing machines I wash every week religiously comfortably and happily it’s convenient I’m able to refill with my cash app. My clothes are clean. This is great

Simply use AV Spin Cycle to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.
