No frills, works well

Nothing to complain about. Everything works, I always get notified when my stuff is done.

Could be really convenient, but doe not work

Landlords: do not get. Renters: do not rent somewhere that has these.Moved to a new building with these washers and the first few instances for just fine. No quarters, a few bluetooth hiccups, but we are in downtown seattle so theres plenty of every kind of service. Now they will not take payment making all of the washers and driers unusable. This has gone on for a month and maintenance has no choice but to reinstall the quarter washers. This could be great, but realistically, it does not work. At all. Customer service is a lengthy process, and even if they can help, its not worth the hassle and time to wait on hold, talk through the issue, troubleshoot…just use quarters. Or take apple pay. Anything else but this.

Love this app!

Very convenient, at my location machines are kept up and clean. Also, the notification feature letting you know times, helps with managing your day.

Pretty good

Nice experience! One enhancement - every time I use the dryer it asks me if I want 7 more minutes for $.25 and if I hit yes it keeps asking if I want 7 more until I hit cancel. Not the best user experience. Cancel probably isn’t the best button name for declining the option either. Maybe “no, thanks”

So bad

Nothing ticks me off more than coming back to my clothes to find that they’re STILL DAMP (after an hour on medium heat!!) and having no choice but to pay for a full cycle again. And the app doesn’t actually let you submit feedback. So here’s your bad review

Constant Glitches

I hardly ever write reviews but this seems to be a “technology released before it was ready” moment. It worked great for the first couple weeks and now it’s nearly impossible to start laundry. The app constantly glitches and won’t produce the “pay” notification so the washer won’t start or you enter the washer code and it tries to start the dryer. Called several times for trouble shooting and was told they had tried all options.

ATTENTION: Only for use in participating laundry locations. H Wash Mobile is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use H Wash Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.
