Very convenient

Really great app and super convenient for my lifestyle. Paying on my phone is so nice so I don’t have to run and grab change all the time. I also like how it tells you how much time is left on the machine. I wish it would tell you which machine is available but maybe in the future. Great app!

Makes laundry easy

So much better than using a card for tons of small charges, and SO much easier than having to get cash and change all the time. I haven’t tried other laundry apps but this one is so easy and effective that I wouldn’t care to find out if there are any others.

Simple and Efficient

Love the app and thankful my complex was able to give us new machinery with an easy to use pay system. I love the timer for the machines too! No more going back too early to check on laundry.

Won’t do the most basic functiona

Setup is convoluted, couldn’t register through the app, could only create profile using obscured website posted on poster. After finally creating account, refilling account was impossible as it said ‘page not found’ even after re-adding information, restarting app, etc. If this sounds too detailed it’s because I hope a dev sees this. This app doesn’t do ANYTHING it’s supposed to. I’m glad I spent 15 minutes setting up an unusable account.

Convenient but it is a price hike

App works great.Regarding the service, I have to admit that this payment service for laundry is convenient. No longer do I have to get a bunch of quarters to do laundry. But now I would never consider to put in 8 quarters for a single load. However, doesn’t seem to be a fair price. But there’s nothing we can do really about that.

It’s a nice place to be.

I like it in the laundry room the quality is good and fresh plus it is the latest technology here. I would recommend this to anyone out there looking to be at a family friendly apartment.

Handy, but some key features don’t work

Useful app so I don’t have to get cash or coins to pay with. However it never shows me how long is left on my cycle or when it’s done. I’m always going to take out my laundry only to find it’s not done yet or it’s been done for a while. I know other people have that feature but no luck on my app. Otherwise handy for cashless laundry

Great Equipment

I love that I don’t have to get the cash then, take it to the vending machine. This is such a time saving and more secure way to manage and view my balances for the laundry room. Plus, it has a notification in the app to let me know when to tend to the machine. Thanks River Run and Sudkick!

Good for what it’s worth

The cards used are slow to update when you add funds through the app. However the app itself is highly useful. In fact the app, for as long as you have your phone handy, makes up for the card entirely. At the end if the day glad to use this updated digital version of doing laundry verses coin analog.

You Don’t Have to Worry About Having Money

I like the fact that my apartment complex uses Sudkick. All you have to do is register a credit/debit card and you can add money to it anytime you need to.The app is user friendly. BIG RECENT UPGRADE!!!The app now messages you when the machine cycle is done. Also, they now give you an option to add more minutes to the dryer for a small fee when you are starting it. Hopefully the message option will help all of those people in my complex who put their laundry in and forget about.

ATTENTION: Only for use in participating Sudkick locations. Sudkick is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use Sudkick to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.
