The Laudryvalue app. has added convenience to my laundry day. I can add money to the account directly from my bank card, start the machines simply by entering their number, and receive notifications once a cycle is complete. Aside from loading the washers and dryers, the app has proven useful.

Don’t show me ads when I’m already paying to use your service

After starting a cycle, the app shows you advertisements which is crazy considering you’re already paying to use the service! So cheap that they show an ad after starting the cycle. This is particularly annoying for me because I always do two loads of laundry at once and have to wait for the ad to clear before starting the second load.

Works but could be improved

This app works but it needs some improvements. My biggest issue is that the cycle status is totally hidden. Plus, when you have more than 1 machine running it won’t give you the cycle status. That is exactly when I need to know the status the most!

Would be great if we can get status on when it’s in use

Our building only has one machine so it’s almost always in use. When we have a huge load of laundry to do, it’s tough to haul it up and down the stairs especially when we bring it down only to see the machines are already being used. It would be great if we could check the machine status through this app so we can see when machines are available to use.

Easiest Laundromat in Palm Beach County

I appreciate how easy your system is to use and that we no longer have to walk around carrying 10 lbs of quarters. Their service department is very responsive and comes out immediately to fix any issues.

Easy convenience, love the app! No need to worry about a laundry card. Just open the app scan the machine follow the easy 1, 2, 3 instructions and everything else is done for you. A balance, timed laundry with convenient alert when cycle is completed. So easy to refill low balance when needed.

So awesome!

I love this washer dryer system. It makes doing laundry so easy. I get notifications when my laundry is done and on top of that I can load my app to pay for laundry as I go or use it for a one time wash. Now, laundry is no longer a chore nor an all day event.

Discriminates on last name

Downloading the app and singing up was a breeze. However wen inputting the credit card it failed dismally and did so without providing any reason. I tried multiple times making sure the details are correct ending with the same result. I will delete the app and luckily there is no money in the account. The problem is that the app removes the space in my last name and then it does not match my name on the credit card. Changing my name is not an option and dealing with discriminatory apps is definitely not acceptable.

Ads in a paid product — nasty business.

Would give zero stars if I could. A recent update has added not just in-app ads but a FULL-SCREEN pop up ad after paying for laundry. This behavior is unacceptable. I am unfortunately unable to vote with my wallet and stop using this service because it is what the machines in our building use. If you are evaluating laundry choices for your building, look elsewhere. Instead of allowing multiple devices to be signed into an account or fixing a long-standing issue with machine timers in the app not updating to reflect the real state of the machine, the company has forced its developers to implement ads.

I like that we do not have to have cash on hand before that would be a problem even if you did have cash sometimes the machine would not take it. Also it’s convenient that the app shows you once the cycle ends. I think the only thing that would make this better is to add to know if machines are in use or not instead of having to go physically to the laundry room
