The UI of this compared to the Hyundai app is pretty disappointing given this is the premium brand. But my biggest gripe is the lack of service most times, and inconsistent service as well. Remote start request can be near instant one time and take 2-3 minutes the next. Or 5 minutes go by and you get an unsuccessful request for no reason. My other big complaint is the very disappointing Watch interface, there’s no point in it at all. If I try to start my car from the Watch it tells me to log in on my phone. So for the Watch to work, I have to have the app open on my unlocked phone which will already be in my hands… see the problem? Makes no sense. And to add to that, the watch requires my pin to complete the request. Too many redundancies. Still use the app often, and love my Genesis, but not likely to renew the subscription with these issues.
