Iphoe user

Love being able to do most things in the app. Would love to be able to add my card to the payment set up and have it charged monthly on auto pay unwed of paying a few days early and it not be on auto pay. Also stop sending me to the safari internet browser on my iPhone to do stuff just keep me in the app. If ya do stuff like that why do I have it on my phone

Can’t schedule service

I have received automated voicemails about scheduling service, so I tried the website, which does not work. I tried calling, but the wait times are way too long. Finally, I figured I would try the app, still doesn’t work. Unrelated to the app, but for Dominion in general, I have had paperless billing for years and never had an issue. Both January and February I did not receive a bill and ended up owing late fees. If I had any other options I would never use this company again.

Really like the favorites!

I really like the option where you can setup favorite locations to check on power outages. I setup the homes of my elderly mom and other family members. Texts work too, but my family doesn’t stay glued to their phones. The favorites is an easy way for a quick check whether to be concerned in the first place.

Literally doesnt work

Im a new user of Dominion, and I thought it would be nice to just look at my bill and make sure everything's on track, and what better way then with the App? I added my account, but every time i click on it, it only refreshes the page. I cant look at anything other than the account number. So I go online, and its doing the same thing! THEN I go to the contact us area and 1, it just took me to the home page and did nothing, and then 2, it says you have to call, and I cant call anytime soon. I mean, this is kind of ridiculous. What If I cant pay my bill? Needs to be fixed.

Cannot get past login page

The submit password function is inop’I cannot get past the login page as I cannot get the app to allow me to submit. I tried logging in via the web on the dominion site. Same issue. I tried 2 different devices and still could not get in. It’s not user error as not errors show. Triple checked ID and password. It’s definitely an issue with the webpage/app. This makes the both completely useless. If I could downgrade the rating to a 1/2 star I would. This is completely unacceptable.

Awesome!

I never really used the website much but saw they had an app so I downloaded it. It was surprisingly useful and intuitive! This makes it really easy to track and analyze your power usage, see bills, check for power outages, etc... highly recommend getting this app!

App never works

I’m never able to view my statements payment method never works there’s Allways a issue at first I thought it was user error I work for a bank so I know it happens all the time however my expiration date on my card is 5/24 and no matter how it put in the date it’s somehow ALLWAYS wrong and has been for months I normally don’t write reviews because in all honesty most issues are a user error but this needs to be fixed my apps up to date so is my phone would love to see this fixed

So disappointed

Was making a payment to pay off the past due amount on the app and then when I processed the payment they had taken out the remaining amount due even though I had selected to type in the amount I wanted to pay and typed in the amount. I won’t be using the app anymore because I can not trust it and it ruined my finances. I have other bills to pay and catch up on just like many others. I called customer service to see if they could reverse the payment and I could just pay the past due amount and they refused to help me because it was what was owed. It’s up to the customer how much they are paying so why can’t I cancel the payment?????

Can’t Pay My Bill

I’ve tried several times and I can’t pay my bill. The app locks up, finally times out, and gives me a proxy error message. This is ridiculous! I was fine paying it online through a browser. Which by the way, isn’t working now either. I signed in there, it showed the recapcha verification, then it locks up and shows a proxy error message too. These issues need to be fixed and soon!! So disappointing from a major utility company that claims to be so technologically advanced, what a crock!

Needs improvement

Would give higher rating if the actual Face ID option would work. Every time I go to settings it says log back out and tap enable Face ID which I have done every time I log in and it will not accept Face ID and each time I have to enter my password. I’m not the best with remembering them which is why I set up Face ID for all of my apps. Please fix this option.
