The app only acquires you’re email and has you set up password and PIN, nothing else. A complete waste. One star because you can’t give zero.
What is even the point of the app? There is nothing there. It just allows you to sign in 🤷🏻♀️
Just kill yourself before trying to use their site or app.
What is this app for?! Just wasted 20 minutes. Useless.
I feel like I have been duped into giving my account information. The app does nothing.
Went to an Apple Store to upgrade my phone and was talked into this program…which I do not qualify for…and then told my account was being suspended and I would have to switch back to AT&T…I’ve been with them for over a decade, grandfathered in since they took over Cingular, and now I’ll have to pay more for multiple lines I don’t need and out of money I spent on an IWatch and IPad I didn’t need because it was a “good deal” for a triple line I didn’t need but would have for a greater discount. They shut off my phone service and told me I would have to travel an hour away to a store that could switch out my SIM cards back to the AT&T service. While also paying more since they cancelled my grandfathered in contract…took them 3 months to cut off my line because they weren’t sure I qualified for this program, now I can return anything and am out over a grand….proceed with EXTREME caution!
It has you log in, create a pin, and then you can’t do anything 😠 feels like i gave them info to my account. I would give 0 stars if I could.
After authentication, I was about to sign in and then the only screen I could see and access was to LOG OUT.
This app doesn’t allow you to do anything. I am actually not happy with FirstNet since switching and moving myself from our family plan. My service is definitely not any better. I don’t really see a benefit for first responders to have this service. Very disappointed and feel as though I was misled.
Both the UX that firstnet provides on both their website and whatever this app is range from non-existent to absolutely terrible. I’m really surprised firstnet is still in business. They duped a bunch of us first responders into joining and most of us forget just how bad getting anything done with their service is.
Single Sign-On - Mobile provides third-party apps the ability to federate their native mobile application with FirstNet Identity and Access Management (IAM).This app is in beta mode. Compatible apps will be available soon.
