App keeps crashing

I had it for one day. I enjoyed it. I was doing a 30 day trial. I did the first day activities. Second day, the whole free trial for 7 or 30 days popped up again. Closed the app. Reopened and same thing. I even logged in and same thing. I went back to the app later in the day and same thing. I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. It seemed like a great but it seems as though there is a bug.

Free trial is a lie

It said I could get a free trial THEN be charged monthly for the service. I didn’t know if I’d want to use the app or not so I signed up for the free trial and it charged me immediately, after emailing them I’ve gotten no response for a refund. Was not impressed with it either on top of lying about a free trial.

No luck with customer service

I downloaded the app and it just didn’t work for my needs. I cancelled within the allotted time frame for the free trial. I was charged the full amount anyway. I contacted Reframe for a refund and was told to cancel through apple, which I did, and that was the end of the conversation. I never did receive my refund. Definitely not worth the $70 ish dollars it charged me.

Take the time to invest in your mental health!

As a busy nutritionist it was difficult for me to take the time to slow down and focus on my mental health. This app is a huge blessing for me and helps me stay accountable for my mental well-being!

Please fix the issue.

Love the intention and purpose of this app, it’s my first week using it… but it won’t move onto the next day unless you uninstall and install again. please fix, and then this app would get 5 stars.

Been looking for an app like this for so long! It’s a really good way to keep track of my emotions and help me de-stress when it feels like they are getting the better of me. Not enough to see on free trial

I wanted to like this app. I love mental health apps and am always looking to better myself. I did the free trial on this and it wasn’t enough to make me pay for it. One of the things I was looking most forward to was trying the courses but they don’t open up till day 10 and the trial is 7 days. There are some articles about stress and some motivational quotes but I can find that elsewhere.

Love the daily tasks

I love the focus on daily tasks and working through things over the long term. The readings have been very helpful so far and I can’t wait to do more of the courses.
