Effective

I only just started using this app but it’s immediately effective. I really enjoy/appreciate the visuals and the instruction is simple to follow. Helped me calm down for sleep last night and helped me wake up and feel energized this morning.

Let’s breathe

Excellent app. Easy to use. The variety and changes as you progress is well done. Two snags: I keep getting the sign up and pay advertising even though I paid. I would like to know when you exhale or inhale it it’s long or short breath, etc before I start breathing. However, maybe that’s not supposed to be like that.

This is my favorite app on my phone

I’m a 17 year old student, and this app has been vital for my sleep energy and focus. It has allowed me to reduce my stress and have more enjoyable days. I also love the aesthetics and voice over of the app.
