Carplay
please make a feature for carplay so instead of hitting the open gate button on my phone, i can use the button on my touch screen radio. i think this feature would be easier for users!
Frustrating
Had to use this to get into my apartment and as someone who orders DoorDash and stuff in a big complex, it’s extremely frustrating to have to walk half way to the gate to get it to work and open the gate. I’ve contacted support countless times and every time it’s just “check for updates” and I have updated everything. It’s not that it’s not working at all, I just have to walk for 15 minutes through my complex in the middle of the night because the app won’t reach the gate. I should be able to let people in without physically having to walk there to let them in and then beat me to my own apartment since I have to walk back.
Please fix glitches
Good to be able to open the gate no matter where you are but sometimes the app glitches and won’t open the gate which makes it super inconvenient to have to drive allllll the way to the other side of my complex to get out. It happens randomly but I’ve experienced it more-so at night. Just happened after work to me right now and I’m so annoyed.

But I’m peeved that I’m required to download an app to access my property… this makes 4 apps I’ve downloaded for Weston company. Wrong place to post, I know, but if it ain’t broke — don’t fix it!Also, it’s a smaller population but scores of people don’t use smart phones or can’t operate them quickly/effectively. Disappointed in my management company for this one.App works fine though lol.
Simple App that Lacks User Customization Options
Straight forward and easy to use interface, that lacks user organization capabilities. Ideally, I would like to organize doors into groups, listing the doors of my frequently used routes. I live in a building with several floors, and each floor has dozens of doors. Trying to navigate through the list is time consuming and ineffective. As is, the app replicates a huge keychain, where keys are in alphabetical order.

This app is so convenient, no more problems with letting my guests in. I must say I preferred the previous design... but the option to open the gate using Siri command is so cool (and safe)Love it!
Needs Updated Features
While the app does exactly what it needs to do, it is frustrating to have to go through multiple clicks to reach what you need every time you want to open a specific gate. The app needs to offer the ability to make a widget with a specific gate opening. Also needs to add usability on an Apple Watch (preferably with 1-tap access to a specific gate as well). While I understand the option to use Siri is available, it is a significant battery drain to leave Siri on, as well as a security issue. Please add an Apple Watch function! There are many instances when people have their hands full and can't access their phone (including the fact that in some cities it is illegal to have your phone in your hand while your vehicle is running and/or not parked in a designated parking spot), as such, alternative options to open a specific gate are vitally important.
I wish it worked with Apple CarPlay
So far so good, but there is room for improvements. I wish the app was compatible with Apple CarPlay, so instead of pulling out a phone and accessing it there you could click a couple of buttons on Apple CarPlay and the gate will open.
Good but not at the Winding Creek Location
All the gates and doors open with ease, but the left gate never seems to work. Always get an error message yet the other gates open just fine every time.
Stupid
In an age where we’re trying to get people to get off their freaking phones while they’re driving, let’s go ahead and have them pick up their phones to open gates and the like. 🤦🏻♀️😑 this is the dumbest app I’ve ever been forced to download simply because the morons who manage my apartment complex thought this would be a better system than the remote system we’ve been using. Because this is going to keep people from running into the gates. SMH. The lag time between when you click the button to when the gate actually registers that someone wants to open the gate is so slow and the Siri part of it doesn’t really work that well. All around a moronic idea.
