Not working

I love this app. However, it stopped working a month ago. I don’t know what happened. All it has now is a red triangle with a question mark inside. I deleted the app and placed it back and it still doesn’t work. I even rebooted my phone and still have the same results. Can anyone help fix this issue?

Slow and doesn’t work 30% of the time

When standing at the apt door you’re needing to unlock, 30% of the time your apt number doesn’t come up, all the others do but not yours, you have to close the app and reopen. The favorites Or mostly used “doors” to unlock comes up when you load the app but no settings button to go back later and set the most used doors, like the most important one, your apt door. Back to using the key fob.

Needs Refinement

Works well. However two improvements needed. 1. Watch support. I don’t want to have to carry my phone 24/7. Out for a run and I don’t want to carry my phone. 2. Lack of ability to customize or prioritize “favorite” locks means you have to scroll through lists of locks to find the one you need. I don’t need to see every apartment in the building or the elevator machine rooms

Doesn’t work

The app doesn’t work so I’m not sure why it’s on here? Soon as you download it asks for system admin or if you received a text. Can’t even do anything to stop this message. Guess technology isn’t there yet.

App doesn’t work

Completely useless. I downloaded the app following the email announcement this morning - I get an error message when it launches:Issue with CredentialThere was an issue with your credential, reach out to your site administrator for more informationThere is no option to press, no help button, and I own my house so I’m not sure who the site admin could be aside from myself.

Wish it had Apple Watch version

I work in management for the complex I live in. We use the app for our apartment doors. I wish it had Apple Watch support though it would elevate the experience to a whole new level!

Just keep scrolling…

Have to scroll a ways to find my door. I live in a large 7-story apartment complex and I see the locks on the second floor sometimes. Please add a favorites option so my door shows up on top if it’s in range. Or only show the doors I have access to. Seems easy to implement…

How many months later and no iOS 16 support?

Completely ridiculous to not be supporting iOS 16 after all this time. Nobody at our office can get into the place. We have to keep the door propped open.

Commercial electronic hardware that connects to this app includes Schlage mobile enabled Control, Schlage MTB Readers, and Schlage NDEB and LEB wireless locks. For multifamily residents and end users: The new Schlage® Mobile Access credentials enable residents and end users to utilize a mobile device instead of a physical badge to securely unlock an opening. Available for iPhones using iOS 11.1 and above, the Schlage Mobile Access app is convenient and easy to use. Your property manager or site administrator will set up your mobile credential to work with specific doors. Once the app has been downloaded to your phone and opened, you will see a list of doors within range. Simply select a specific door; if access is granted an unlock signal will be sent from the phone to the mobile enabled lock or reader. For added peace of mind, the app features best-in-class asymmetric credential encryption that has been validated by trusted industry experts. For property managers and site administrators: Schlage Mobile Access credentials are designed for properties and facilities that manage access control using ENGAGE™ web & mobile apps. They are compatible with the following: -Schlage Control™ mobile enabled smart lock -Schlage MTB mobile enabled multi-technology readers and CTE single door controller -Schlage NDEB mobile enabled wireless cylindrical lock -Schlage LEB mobile enabled wireless mortise lock The ENGAGE™ web app is used to enroll users and assign mobile credential access to openings.
