Love the company. App doesn’t work

I’ve been a very satisfied customer of Hospitable for over a year. The company is great!! I usually use their website and I have no problems. I can not, however, use their app on my iphone. It won’t open.

Full Version Of App is Amazing

This hospitable management team and developers are nimble, customer focused, and they listen. Thank you so much for all that you do!There was a lightweight version of the app that replaced the full version in late april, they received some feedback and in Less than one week were able to revert it back to the full version allowing hosts to continue managing their business with the hospitable system. Last piece needed is the integration with august lock 😁. Haha I know this will come soon though

The hate is coming from people who don’t know how to update an app

The app is excellent and continues to be so. One of the best mobile apps for STR management available on the market today. However, assuming I’m not mistaken, there was an annoying blip where the web app version was either rolled back or the current app was stopped by Apple’s extremely rigid mobile QA squad and had to be reapproved. Obviously it doesn’t look good to people who don’t know why the app suddenly has no useful features, but Hospitable is trying to communicate the problem and fix. Don’t review the app until you update it.

Amazing Solution

We were having a lot of difficulty managing our property on multiple platforms until we found this! At the cost of the application, it is a perfect fit for what we need. We did not want to spend a significant amount of money on other platforms that offered features we did not need. They even offer some really cool features that we did not think we could need, and the sync options between platforms has made booking significantly easier!

Used to be special

These guys used to be awesome and ground breaking. Now the bigger companies have caught up on the messaging and these are just glitchy and crappy service. Way better options available.

Update is so bad

The update that came through last night for this app has changed all access to my guests. I cannot see all of my calendars at one time. This causes me to have to use three other platforms to get everything straightened out for gas check in and check out. All the new messaging comes in Without notifications alerting of a new message so I missing messages as well. My response time and clarity on each property and it’s booking parameters check-in’s checkouts and everything else is all skewed. It’s removed the ability to use this app as a functional tool. Please change it back like right now. Thanks

Backwards

I have NEVER seen an app go as far backwards from the previous release to this one. This is incredibly far behind your competitors and is not even close to meeting the minimum viable product that we need to manage our business. I can’t remember the last time I left a review for an app, but I could not resist, this is just so bad. I am very glad I didn’t jump on the chance to invest in this company because clearly they are heading in the wrong direction. If you have not chosen a PMS yet, be warned that the app is now as close to nonfunctional as you can get, and you will need to log into the website to manage your business.

Sends messages on your behalf without checking

I made an account just to check it out, but it immediately started responding to my booking inquiries without checking with me first, or even confirming if that’s the behavior I want, with a template I never saw… until it was sent to a potential guest. Almost had a heart attack and had to jump in and immediately explain that contrary to this unfortunate automated message, I actually *don’t* host 40-person parties. Unbelievable.

Mobile app needs work

I love Hospitable and have turned more than 20 clients of ours to use them as a channel manager. As a cleaning service and a management company, we have our account too with several properties on there.But for clients that we are only a cleaning vendor, which are the majority of our clients, we are always added as a user and often times having issues toggling between accounts especially when the user rights are different or customers forget to pay their subscription. Then we get stuck on one account and unable to toggle to the next. This is an issue for both desktop and mobile but on mobile I have to delete the app and reinstall it each time to try and get it to work.
