On line support

This review has to do wit the poor service I received in trying to get technical support for the Alerts portion of my Norton-LifeLock program. On my first phone call I was told to reboot my computer and wait 24 hrs. This after I assured the representative that my computer had been turned off and back on several tim in the last 3 or 4 days since this problem appeared. The next day the representative told me they could not remote into my computer to see what I was trying to get repaired. So, they had me sen 9 screenshot with my explanation of the problem. I did and then I waited a week. Since the problem was not corrected, I called back again. After a period of time and frustration on my part, I was referred to Technical Support. However, I could not wait long enough for Tech Support to answer. So, on my 4th phone call, I was going to be transferred to the LifeLock group again and I protested. I wanted Tech Support. I got Tech Support and the Taniya was very helpful. However, an uninstall and reinstall did not solve the problem and I have been referred back to LifeLock.

Easy

I’ve had the subscription and APP for almost a year and turns out that my phone was not registered yet. So I removed the App and started it all over it was easy.

Useless

I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a more useless app. The only reason I downloaded it was to submit a screen repair claim (why you’re not allowed to just do that through their website I don’t understand), but it won’t let me validate my phone and therefore won’t let me submit a claim. When I tried to submit this feedback through the app, I got an error message that their email address couldn’t be found. Such a waste of time.

Norton is the BEST!

When I got my first pc over 30 years ago, I got a bad “Worm” when I went online! Took pc back to where I had purchased it. They cleared the pc and installed Norton! Been a dedicated Norton user since & when I got my first cell phone 📱 that could connect to Internet, I installed Norton before anything else! ❤️ Norton!!

It gives Norton a bad name!

First, I don’t know how this app can be rated at 3.5 starts since when you reviewed all reviews it has 50 with 1 star, 1 with 4 starts and 4 with 5 stars. That will give you an average of 1.3 stars and it will truly represent this garbage of an app. It is a complete waste of time. The only reason I even contemplated downloading the app is because of the name Norton and an email from Norton offering it as a loyalty and auto renewal gift. It never worked, I spent way too much time with customer service and sent them pictures and videos as requested only to end up with and app that doesn’t work. I also uninstalled it and install it again every time they asked me to do it with the same crappy results! Now they just told me today that they finally resolved the issue to please download the app again! Well jackpot, now it doesn’t even download! Waste of time trap because if it wasn’t Norton I wouldn’t even try it.

Fraud!

I have several Norton subscriptions on my computer, and it said I got one phone screen protection for free. When I downloaded the app like it said, it wanted me to purchase the screen protection that it previously said was included free with my subscription. This should be prosecuted as fraud! It is just a marketing ploy to get more and more money. They did the same thing when I bought Privacy Monitor. They will only investigate ONE of the 63 violations out there per quarter! It will take 16 YEARS to get them all at that rate! Then they said, oh, you need Privacy Moniyir Assistant to do more. But I read about that one, and it is also limited to one per quarter. What a rip off company! I remember when Norton was trusted and had integrity.

The best protection you could ask for!

I have been using Norton for my protection of all my devices for the last 15 years now And I would never trust anyone else more than Norton!

My iPad keeps loosing internet and restarting

I have spent months dealing with this issue. So, I bought a new IPad, Same issue, took it it the geek squad... nothing wrong with it. Then I read the reviews and decided to delete your app and no more problems. I think it’s works great for laptops but not iPads. My husband uses my old iPad that, I did not download the app on, and no issues.

Screen care

If the trouble with my apps! Customer service advised me to uninstall my apps because security pictures would not fit in my window. On re-downloading my apps screen kid did not have my protection listed and I had to put my credit card information in and re-pay for protection for it to be active when I already have protection. I hope Customer service cancel the fee So I’m not being billed twice. Otherwise I would be very happy. Thank you sincerely Vincent Rizzo
