My a photo vault

I love that I can create albums to locate my pictures & videos easier - without having to scroll through hundreds, thousands of them to find what I’m looking for. However, there’s an issue with the delete feature - It’s not deleting all the images I do not want or need. This is a storage concern which can & will affect device function at some point. I take a lot of screenshots for temp use that I need to remove from my device. Can you fix this?

NEW NEW !!!

This is a nice app to have not only does it give you a large amount of storage space but it also gives you this unique first time I’ve ever seen option to disguise certain things you might want to disguise. I am not talking about and common option to hide the photo you’re gonna have to choose go ahead and download the app and see for yourself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Slow loading

I like having extra storage but if it won’t load my saved photos to view them, it’s like not having the storage to begin with. I downloaded my photos and it prompts you to free up space on your actual phone but then when I go to view these photos in this app, it is extremely slow and doesn’t load hardly any of the photos to view them. It needs revised.

Space

This app is fabulous!!!! It allyme to save pictures my phone won’t t because of storage. Cricket is great for giving back to us, the customers! Thank you cricket

Just for the person name in the account?

My husband and I have had cricket for a few years now, can’t complain! Now with this offer of the 150gb cloud storage is it just for him or for the both of us because his name is in the account and not mine! He entered his email and it’s works, I entered my email and I can’t further!

Deleted all my photos

I’ve had this app for 2 years and have used it to back up all my photos and i’ve never had an issue with that. Yesterday I go to open the app and i’m logged out and when i’m logged back in, all my photos prior to January 2023 are GONE. I’m devastated. I had over 15,000 photos and they’re just disappeared. I should have stuck with google photos.

Download took too long!

It’s been over a week since it was introduced to me on my iPhone 12 and took a week exactly to down load all of my photos seems a little excessive for my taste!

Clunky

Whenever I tried to look at my pictures it was downloading and took forever to update. Sometimes the picture I wanted to see wasn’t available because it was still downloading. Just too cumbersome.
