Extermely poor customer service

I was trying picking up an order from happy lemon. The crew there did not realize they accepted hungrypanda and told me place an order instore instead. I then contacted hungry panda customer service regarding this issue. From 11:00-3:00, a few different customer service talked with me and rejected to approve the refund. Such obvious issues cannot be resolved. Customer had to pay for the merchant fault. It is not the first time I got such terrible customer service from hungry panda. I will never use this app againt

THIS TIME, LAST TIME. AVOID, THANK ME LATER.

Today is the last time I use this app.There’s no shame that some of us can not cook well and order a lot of delivery food. I’ve used all kinds of app on a daily basis. and only a few on here. BUT THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL GET EVER. My order was 2-3 hours delayed every 1-2 orders. I can not tell you how terrible their customer service is. They are all scammers, from online to the delivery person. They would tell you one thing and do another. You just have to wait 2-3 hours on your order no matter what. It’s not sad because there are so many apps out there that can EASILY top this company’s customer service. Good luck out there scammers. No more from me.

Food delivered an hour and 40 minutes late

The delivery person said their car broke down after I had to call the store and see what time you know they picked up the order and called her multiple times she did not understand what I was saying to her when she did get here was soggy wet cold disgusting food an hour and 40 minutes later said her car broke down and did a chat in the offered to give me an eight dollar coupon on a $61 order you should’ve called the company and let them know it was happening right away I’m sure I’m not the only one who is complaining about this

An app that allows payment but never refund

Been using it since the beginning, few years later the company’s guideline is still apparently “Customer Service is God”, instead of trying to solve anything, every time if there’s an issue, their customer service team would tell you theres nothing they can do and everything is basically your fault. However it is quite illegal if your app does not allow refund when your order confirmation page says an arrival time in 30minutes and there’s another hidden “date/time we do not deliver” inside the merchant’s page. Behold, the customer service has the audacity to call me on xmas eve and ask “Did you not see that when you order?” Sorry but your app literally shows an arrival time and says the order is being delayed minute by minute. Pure fraud.

NEVER USE THIS APP

This app is sooo ridiculous, I have placed order, and it pass delivery time for an hour. First of all, you are not able to ask to cancel your order until it pass delivery time, which is understandable. But you are not able to cancel even it passed delivery time for an hour! I was trying to contacted with customer service, you can ONLY contact with live chat if you select “need to pay extra fee”!!! The live chat only ask you to hold on and hold on until someone get your order to deliver. No matter how you explain ti them that you don’t want your order anymore cuz it passed too long, and the stupid thing is, it keep showing “you haven’t respond live chat for a minute. Your conversation will be end soon”, even they ask you to “hold on”! You can’t do anything just watching your food delivered, and you won’t get any refund, the only thing you can do is “ACCEPT YOUR ORDER NO MATTER HOW LATE IT DELIVERED”!

Horrible customer service

This is actually my first time write a review on App Store, after using this app for few years I really had enough. First no matter what distance between you and the restaurant, it always takes 2 hours to get food delivered. Also recently, many times the app shows the food is ‘delivered’ but the delivery guy will send an message separately said they need another 20 mins or even more. I’ve been complaining about this to customer service so many times. But they always say sorry for my experience without actually fix the problem!!

Orders take forever

Ordering from this platform always makes me mad because it takes 2 hours to get my order. You need to figure out a better system. Your driver is always going all over the place. Sometimes they’re already right next to my address but then they would start going the other way. This seems to be an easy solution because all the other delivery apps are very on time and their estimate time of arrival is usually accurate.

A Delivery Disaster

Seriously, don't use this food delivery app. I ordered at 6 and by 7, the delivery guy hadn't even picked up my food. When I called the restaurant, they told me the food had been sitting there waiting for pick up for like half an hour!I had to get customer service to give me the delivery guy's number. When I called him, he just didn't seem to care and lied straight to my face saying the restaurant only just got my order and the food wasn't ready.Eventually, my order showed up half an hour later at 7:30 pm and of course, the food was stone cold. To top it off, even though I ordered three items, they only delivered two. Trust me, you're better off picking up your food yourself or using another delivery service.

Trash experience EVER

Could you believe that you pre-Oder a meal at 2pm for dinner and you won’t receive it until 9pm!? - That’s right , That what they do.I looked up the delivery picked up my order in Flushing and arrived in Manhattan around 5pm and went around around my block and suddenly it showed as “ waiting to pick up” . I clicked rush the Oder cause I think he forget picked up my order and need to turns back from Manhattan to Flushing AFTER he delivers ever single meals in Manhattan. I was starving and I ask did they ever pick up my Oder or not the customer service told me nothing just saying they are delivering but everything they said are conflict. And they won’t refunded me, and won’t process your request until 3 hrs after you submitted -in this case which means they gonna force you accept the disturbing meal anyway. unless you are planning order next Christmas dinner from now, otherwise, STAY AWAY!!!

Extremely Dissatisfied – Terrible Customer Support and terrible refund policy

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using with the company. I placed an order for takeout, and to my surprise, it never arrived. What’s even more frustrating is the response from customer support and the way that they give out the refund money!!!They told me they couldn’t issue a refund simply because the delivery person shared a photo as ‘proof’ of delivery. What I don’t understand is why the burden of proof is on me, the customer. Isn’t the money I paid supposed to go through the app? Why are they saying they can’t ‘take money from the delivery’ as if that’s my concern?This app has serious issues, not only with its delivery service but also with how it treats its paying customers. I strongly advise anyone reading this to think twice before using this service. There are plenty of other apps out there that value customer satisfaction over poor excuses.BB CAREFUL WHEN USE THIS APP FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! THIS IS A TOXIC APP
