Missing a feature.
This app is pretty good for what it is. However it is missing one feature in my opinion. There should be a feature that tells the customer at a certain location is drive through only (see Jack in the box app). I had an incident where a store was drive-through only and there were no way to pick up my app order anywhere else by drive-through, and unfortunately the drive-through line was very very long.I would’ve gone to a different Jollibee if the app gave a warning that specific store that I was going to is drive-through only.
Save time and order ahead with the app
Nice to be able to order my Chicken Joy and spaghetti fix with this app. Saves metime when picking up in store. It will be nice if they can offer coupons/discounts and rewards to compete with other food chain apps in the near future.
FRUSTRATING! Lacking Menu Options!
You cannot order chicken strips or extra gravy unless it’s part of a family deal. There are two 10 pc + 3 sides deals, that are almost exactly the same, except in one you order sides via a pick 3 list and another through 3 separate pick 1 lists. The pick 3 doesn’t let you order extra gravy, and the pick 1 doesn’t let you order fries. I wouldn’t be this critical if they allowed ordering in store for take-out. But forcing us to use their new app when its this broken is ridiculous.
Best chicken in town
You have the best chicken in town and great spaghetti too, and a lot of different items on your menu that are great! But, pay your workers more! You are going to lose customers, because people are standing in line and waiting for an hour! Please take care of your employees. “Short on staff” means customers are waiting in line. Thank you for great chicken sandwiches!
Hot food please!!!
I love Jollibee foods but unfortunately it was delivered cold because it wasn't pack the properly and the guy who delivered it was on a scooter. It wood have been nice if they put it in a paper bag to at least prevent it from getting so cold. I hope they will be consistent with the packaging for delivery. At one time it was on a paper bag but just as when it was already cold because it had been raining the whole day, they just put it all together in a small thin plastic bag. Please put it in a paper bag and sealed with 3 pcs of tapes. 2 on both sides, and one in the middle. Thank you!
Bad day to try Jollibee
Drove to the location on Amar intent on trying this food , only to find their power was out and they were temporarily closed. The worker said that the Barranca location was open and carried more items than they did. Hopped back on the freeway and arrived only to see a list of 8-10 items they were out of, including mashed potatoes and fries. So disappointed!!! Still managed to spend over $70. But not sure why the location across from their headquarters would be so lacking in product. Really needs to be managed better 😞
Service is bad at Jollibee Skokie location
Waiting for our dine in order that it took more than 30 mins to get our order. Very rude people and slow service in the counter. Don’t even issue a receipt because they said they run out of paper. Even the sauce not provided. Don’t ever visit this location. They don’t care the customer. Highly not recommend
It is what it is…
Usually the purpose of the app is to give the user something extra. But the Jollibees app is just a regular app to order food - there’s no loyalty scheme, you don’t collect points, you don’t get much discounts (discount very rare and only usually $5 for selected unpopular items). Other than that, it does nothing really. May as well order in-store.I don’t really need this app to be honest. May delete it.
Poor Service at their Bakersfield, CA branch.
Ordered online several times. Learned my lesson the first time coz they made us wait for almost 2 hours for a mere bucket of Chickenjoy and cheesburger so I make sure to call first prior to picking up the orders I make every single time. Also did not include the drink we ordered on another occasion. There’s always something they’ll miss so pay attention when you pick up your orders. They don’t have much people to serve either during those times. I love Jollibee but not this branch. Unfortunately, it’s the only one we have around here in our area. Maybe, train your people to FOCUS to serve better.
missing order
I had ordered a large order for my son’s birthday on the Jollibee app, I did this so I wouldn’t have to wait in line just to order, rather pick up the order without wasting time. When I went to Jollibee (Brentwood, CA) to pick up my order, I saw that my bag looked complete, and I assumed every part of the order was there. I opened the bag before I left for the store to check my orders and found out that one of my orders was missing. My order was missing a gravy and burger steak. I am very disappointed with this because what if I went home and did not check because I assumed that everything was complete, it is a hustle to go back 10 miles away from the house.
