So first they going to give you all the promises, and good you become a driver and make like 135$a day and the next week they going be like,we need you tax information,okay give it to them and bye bye “your account is locked please check with the crews” and good thing to the they have no “crews” welcome to be a free driver for one week!
Exploiting drivers and breaking the law
The contract says that the delivery driver needs to pay at least 120% of the minimum wage plus $0.30/mile(California required $0.34/mile), but the actual wage is not like this! And the app doesn't tell drivers how many miles they have delivered!
They throw me orders without my acceptance!
Once they send me an offer, l try to open on the app and then it doesn’t show anything, when I refresh the app, it shows me as if l had accepted the order already automatically. Please fix this issue or it will be hard to work with you.
Reconsidering if it’s even possible to get any help
Where is the help when you need it? Called and text but no response. Need to fix my account and background check taking forever. No one available

Prepare to get 15+ notifications per day that you can’t even read, spam phone calls from support when you aren’t working, and getting locked out of your account randomly for document verification if you don’t work
Can’t Go Offline
One major drawback of this app is that unlike other major delivery or Rideshare apps, you can’t go offline without having to decline incoming orders. With other major apps, you can go offline during an order, and when the order is complete, the app will automatically put you in offline status. Not so here, orders keep coming at you. This app also sends you multiple orders to picked up before delivery. I’m not sure what other apps are like in that regard, but I have a feeling that it could lead to customer dissatisfaction with orders that are not as hot as desired.A positive note is that the payment system does seem to work smoothly with weekly compensation. I’m not sure how long it takes to get instant payout.To reiterate: emergencies and life happens. App needs to allow drivers to go offline without continuing to pile on orders.

Deliver guys are not honest
It’s been multiple times waiting for 2.5 hrs for a delivery. But the worst thing is I never got my food. The delivery guy pressed “delivered“ but it was not. When I called him asking where is my order, he said my food was stolen but he still pressed “delivered” because he had to. He asked me to call customer service for a refund! I did so but after hours, never get a respond!

My account is locked and I do not know why it got locked and for what reason and when I try to call no one is answering me and no one is replying to my text messages to. I need help but there is no one that could help me.
