I love buying from here!!
Whenever I asked my friends for recommendations for online clothes shopping that doesn't break the bank, they would suggest places like Shien and Temu, which I hate because they are the worst fast fashion places to buy from. With prices THAT low, their workers are hardly compensated for their efforts. But when I found out about Emmiol, I was instantly in love. Granted, it is still a fast fashion establishment, but I think it's a great happy medium for people considering most people don't have the money to buy from eco-friendly, 100% biodegradable, one-of-a-kind, “made with quality materials” boutiques whenever they find need for a new piece of clothing. The clothes I've bought are great quality and the style of most of the clothes is exactly what I've always wished my wardrobe would look like! I find shopping with Emmiol to be a good, albeit not perfect, option whenever I don't have the time or patience to go thrifting.
Bugs and wishlist
This app seems really new or still under development. It’s wishlist doesn’t even work and every time I save clothes I want to purchase it doesn’t save them. I have to go through the whole process of finding the same clothes I saved and put them back on my wishlist only for me to do the SAME process over and over again.
pretty good !
i ordered about a month and a half ago (i think) and received everything timely. there was an issue with out of stock products but i was able to replace those with other items up to 5$ more than the original ones. i also had an issue with sizing but got that taken care of with customer service. one question i have is that the items came in SHEIN bags and had the S logo on tags which i was confused about. i think the style of this brand is pretty versatile, but i like that it fits into my aesthetic which is like modern but i do enjoy "fairy grunge" clothing. i wear the clothes almost daily because the items go well with what i already owned. i'm very satisfied with my order and all the help of customer service. i will likely buy again in the future !
Not Good
I was shopping for clothes because they seemed cute in this store but once I got my clothes I had some trouble with them. I contacted support and waited patiently for a response from them, once I got a response it said “we can give you 10% of what you payed for because the shipping label will be a bit pricey and if you return the sender won’t get a profit” (saying they could do a full refund but they would not get any money if they did that), I answered “My clothes did not fit I cannot wear them, I will pay the for the shipping label and get a full refund back. I waited about 2 weeks and no response. I sent another email and even called but I got no response. This store is awful I would not recommend, I won’t be buying from here again.

This is an amazing clothing app, i love the vibe and also how the selection of styling still varies. Overall amazing, my only problem with this app. Is that you cannot make lists, let alone have one. To save your treasures for later. This app is like a login, buy and go type thing. hopefully this will be changed. :]
love the clothes
i ordered my clothes on april 11th and came the 20th which was actually quite fast. im also so happy with the clothes as it is so cute and suits my style. though some things can be slightly pricey it's worth it! I don't really understand why people are leaving negative reviews as I haven't had any issues when ordering or with the app. also the QUALITY! it is actually such good quality, it doesn't feel cheap like shein or cider, though it is obviously more expensive for that reason! I also love how emmiol has dupes of clothes. I was going to get this top for 70ish dollars and it was significantly cheaper and such good quality! i overall recommend buying from Emmiol!!!
Good app
Easy to navigate through the app. I ordered from here a few times. The clothes take awhile to come in. I wish they would add more sizing options since small is sometimes too big for me and stops me from ordering the stuff I want. I never had issues with clothing quality. I really like their selection because I feel like it’s hard to find these styles of clothing that are within a reasonable price range. I do sometimes find duplicate items when scrolling through the app though. But otherwise it’s a really good clothing store that I have made multiple purchases from.
They DO NOT Allow Returns!!!
I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered 7 items and most didn’t fit. My daughter is on the smaller size and the S skirts elastic waists bands fell right off. I’ve tried to find a way to return the items but they require you call them first. They then send you an email. They are now telling me that to ship the items back is very expensive and offered a 15% discount on the items to keep them. They do not fit!! DO NOT ORDER FROM this company. Poor customer service!!!!

I’m kinda skeptical about getting clothes off here since there isnt a whole lot of reviews? Or ratings which I know you can’t help but, i’m gonna order some clothes off here anyways and see how it goes lol
