Wouldn’t shop here again

There isn’t exact measurements for anything, it’s all based on a size guide and there isn’t reviews of any of the clothing so you don’t know if it runs big or small. I’m 5’8” and I ordered my usual sizing but everything was too short on me and it cost me $30 to return my items. I’ve never paid such a ridiculous price for return shipping. I will never be shopping here again because I don’t want to take the risk of everything not fitting again and then I’m out $30 for nothing. Clothes seemed cute, but they are definitely geared towards shorter people which isn’t mentioned in their descriptions

No currency exchange option

I am trying to shop while also calculating in the 20% discount. I most enjoy clothing websites who will include the new discounted price under each garment so you can decide if it’s really worth it to buy. I can only use GBP on this website and the discount is likewise not calculated in its description. This probably deters a lot of buyers (me alike) from adding to their cart due to perceivably steel prices, when in reality the clothing is prices cheaper at the moment due to clearances and sales. Perhaps you can change this for the future or at least look into some options. Thank you so much! I look forward to hearing back about any new exciting changes! Please take care. Danica Egelston

Product Reviews would be appreciated

Not sure if this is a Motel Rocks thing or just their app, but it would be nice if people could leave reviews for their products etc. I've really struggled with sizing from them because their tops run small and their pants run big (and this is after double- and triple-checking their sizing guide and my measurements), and since they don't allow free returns, I'm stuck with these slightly ill-fitting clothes that I may or may not be able to have altered. If I could see reviews mentioning whether something runs big or small, or other pertinent issues, I'd probably be a lot more willing to purchase from them.

just listen to the reviews.

i read the reviews of this app before i downloaded it, so i had an idea of what i was getting myself into first off. i noticed everyone complaining about currency, so the second i got the app, i made an account and changed the currency. it logged me out and says it has an error every time i try to log in. don’t get the app. not worth it.

the app has always been glitchy but i didn’t care bc at least i was able to check out and view my wishlist. with the most recent update not only can i not see my wishlist but i can’t see my cart :(

Bruh I love this brand and their clothes but their app is so slow and glitchy they really need to fix it anywhere I use the app it’s so laggy it’s very annoying.

Returns and customer service

I bought something by mistake and it turned into a 2 week long process. The email service does not really answer any questions and their customer service line isn’t even active. I feel so drained and I hate them for that
