I always used to like Yesstyle and it was my go-to for shopping, but unfortunately my last few experiences have been terrible. I had purchased a large order with express shipping. My order consisted of clothes for an extremely important trip to New York. My order was 3 full outfits for multiple meetings with fashion directors and stylers who were scouting me. I ordered with plenty of time for my order to arrive before my flight AND I paid for express shipping. After I had purchased my order, there was a pair of earrings that suddenly “wasn’t available” anymore??! My whole order sat for weeks because of this. I emailed Yesstyle multiple times and did all I could to grab their attention. Eventually they answered and my order was shipped without my earrings. The worst part is that my order didn’t even come in time :) My package arrived AFTER I got back from a full week in New York. I will never purchase from Yesstyle again. I will use it to browse and get ideas. Use AliExpress instead. They’re cheaper and sometimes have the same exact products as Yesstyle.

Fake Luxury Beauty Products

Yesstyle was a legit business and I was a long time customer for years. Until recently it seems that they’ve changed for the worst. It started when I ordered a set of SK II products. When the order arrived, an the electronic applicator for the SKII cream did not work. I emailed them, no reply. Eventually I had to get PayPal involve, still no reply until I escalated my claim. I let PayPal do the investigation which came back saying that the SKII products I bought have been fake!!! PayPal proceeded to fully refund me. Being a YesStyle customer for years, i was shocked. So maybe no more ordering luxury products from them, but regular clothing should be fine right? I placed an order for regular item only to receive an email from Yesstyle saying that they will not ship my order unless I pay back the money that PayPal refunded me. Saying that they considered this as an unsettled payment even though I was legally refunded by PayPal for the fake products that they’ve sold as legit. Meanwhile as they refuse to ship my new order, they still kept the money I just paid. I had to go through PayPal again to report this problem for an unship order, thankfully PayPal was able to return my money. This entire ordeal had made me completely lose my trust for this company. Maybe the management changed, or something within the company changed. But I will never buy from them again.

Decent!!

I started using this clothing app back in May of 2020, it’s now February 28th of 2021. So I’ve been ordering from it for a while. What you should know about ordering clothing off of this app is that Korean people are smaller than the average American. Make sure to read the reviews before you buy something! Most of the clothing texture is nice and high-quality. But other clothing items may be itchy or have a thinner rain-jacket type, when you expected it to have a cloth material. I wouldn’t recommend buying jeans off of here, though! They are a lot shorter than expected, and very very tight. Shipping takes a long time, but it depends on where you live. I’m in America, and usually it takes about a month to deliver (including the current pandemic and all). They are packaged very well, and the app is nicely set up and orderly, so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. I tried Shein and Romwe but HATED the clothing, so gave this one a shot. I think you should too, and I’m pretty sure they have clothing for men as well. :)

My favorite

I’ve always ordered from here. There’s a couple things to watch out for though. When buying clothes, always buy the clothes with good reviews and base it off of them. Second, everyone is complaining that the item they ordered became out of stock. If you buy items that say “in stock 24 hours” or “3-5 days” then they won’t become out of stock and will get those items. But the ones that say 21 days, it’s pretty risky and will most likely be out of stock. And finally, I’m a big 3ce fan. When 3ce comes out with something new, YesStyle puts it on their website and says it ships within 21 days. But the new products disappear within a week or so. It seems odd, and seems like a scam to me. They make me believe that they have the product, when in reality they really don’t. I ordered the new palette, but they said they didn’t have it in stock. But it’s all good because they refunded the money and everything. I’ve really had no problems other than that.

They fell off bad

They used to be so nice with services and quick back in 2017 I ordered a belt that came broken, they apologized, asked for a proof photo, and immediately after receiving the photo apologized again and sent me another belt with express shipping and a freebie. In 2020 I ordered some skin care items (a face wash and a toner) and I advised them I never received my items they insisted they couldn't do anything and that it's not their fault because it says it was delivered. It took nearly 4 months for me to get HALF A REFUND, and it was in points... I was only able to repurchase one of the items I previously purchased. Recently now in 2021 I ordered something over $100 with express shipping, it's been 16 business days (compared to their claim of express shipping being 3-5 business days) and they claim it is expected to ship out April 17th which will be an entire month since I made the order. I used to love Yesstyle as a go to for skin care and makeup products but now I feel I'd rather just order from brands sites directly or shop in person because They haven't been good since 2018z

YesStyle my first order

All i got to say is i was very impressed with this company! I been ordering my products from stylevana and thought i looove their discount program, member savings and prices seem to be the lowest of all k beauty websites, i have been having issues with their customer service, emails being ignored, and discretion on their website saying the item is available to ship within 24 hours… (not)! And between emails being ignored, no tracking information for weeks, and products being ship 3/4 weeks after they said it was available in 24 hours, oh and im paying for faster shipping on top! I got disappointed and decided to give yesstyle a try, though the prices are more expensive than stylevana, i got my order within 1 week!!! Standard shipping too! Very well packed and secured , nothing damaged, i was very very impressed! Looks like yesstyle is now my new store to shop! Oh and they include the invoice of your order too so I feel more secure with this experience. Thank you yesstyle ❤️

My Go-to

I am a frequent YesStyle shopper and I have always been completely satisfied. They do provide measurements for all items and do not filter reviews which means they’re honest. I love the items. They have frequent sales including 80% off sales once a season. I have been able to buy up to 23 items for 150$ including quality shoes. It’s the perfect place to buy t-shirts in bulk and stylish pants. It is the only place I shop online frequently from. The other store I order from which is Korea-based, is available on YesStyle which makes it even easier to shop. They are a retailer for several famous Korean brands including Chuu, Innisfree and HotPing. I have not had a bad experience yet. Shipping is free for purchases over 35$ including Express shipping (3-5) days for orders over 99$. They provide statuses on items before you purchase them so that if you want to receive your order quickly, all you have to do is purchase only things that are in-stock. For me, shipping has always been true to date and I have been completely satisfied. Overall, I love YesStyle.

App glitches

I give it 3 stars for a reason otherwise it will be 0 stars and here is why the app is terrible you can’t access your history order and when it shipped you can’t access the order information which is huge frustration the only reason I give 3 stars cause this app has the brand of skin care I use other then that it’s crap, the customer service it’s non existent I try to reach out to the seller or even the people in charge of the app no answer they ghost you, you will have no clue of what going on with your orders, 0 communications , communication is the key to satisfy customers. How would you keep customers satisfied if you don’t even answer their questions we sent you thousands of emails no answer the website glitches all the time I have no idea what’s going on with my orders. It show it shipped no information and when I tried to see if there is a tracking number they ask you to go to the website, the website doesn’t work either the irony you guys have easy access to purchase items however, to check the orders, they made it almost impossible for you to know what’s going on!!!! this is the last time I’m buying from this website after I receive my orders I’m deleting my account and deleting this app, I’m hoping the people in charge of this app will reach out to me and give me an explanationpeople if you’re reading this, don’t waste your time. It’s so hard to know anything about your order. I do not recommend this app to anybody.

The Ulta of Asian Skincare- on steroids!

I’m so happy I found YesStyle (my wallet & boyfriend are another matter). Prices are comperable, if not better than the competition. Plus, there’s always some offer, discount, or sale going on that brings the cost down even more. Being American with otherwise no connection to the trends in the East, the internet is my source for discovering all that the Asian beauty market has to offer, in regards to ingredients, routines, products, brands, etc. Among countless other retailers such as Soko Glam, Peach & Lilly, Glow Recipe etc., YesStyle has the most largest and most diverse range of Asian beauty, clothes, accessories, etc. There’s also security in knowing that they are authorized retailers of the brands they advertise. Lastly, you get rewards on what you purchase that you can spend with YesStyle or even cash out with dolla dolla bills if you reach $200+. I personally am more interested in botanical and holistic remedies and it’s no secret that the Korean Beauty market is light years ahead of its Western counterparts. I’m literally obsessed.

They offer me something I can’t get anywhere else at better rates!

Sometimes I do have to wait between two weeks to a month to get packages but since I usually order a lot of items and some arnt in stock I can understand the wait! It is well worth any waiting period. I could get some similar stuff but usually its super expensive, and YesStyle offers amazing quality clothing, makeup, and honestly a lot of variety items I can’t even find in the U.S so I choose to shop with them anyways. I haven’t had any issues with them so far, and I have shopped too much haha. I cannot say enough good things about them, there one of the few fast fashion shops that have a good reputation unlike Shein or Romwe. I like that they offer plus size unique styles too, I think they need to work on representation of those a bit more, but they still have done better than even big brand companies. I also have gotten pretty quick responses from customer service they even notified me that they took out an item and refunded it, because it was damaged.
