Amazing

I found cider off of a few ads on Instagram. My first shirt I ordered, I ordered two because I wasn’t sure which size would fit me better. Neither of them fit me 😬. Cider had three options of how I could return them!! One of them I got store credit for but I got to keep the top (I gave it to a thrift store), the other one I sent back the classic way and got a refund with free shipping. I wasn’t ready to give up yet. I have a concert coming up that i wanted to buy a new outfit for. I bought the cutest top and pants from cider and they waited to ship it until both the top and pants were in, to help with their carbon footprint and ship them both in the same package. When I was worried about it coming in time I emailed them, and they were so friendly and gave me a 10% discount because of the wait. It showed up in time and looks so cute!! I will be wearing it to the concert tomorrow night :)) new power outfit for sure. Thanks!

Almost There

I came across Cider through an ad & immediately downloaded it. The clothes are SO cute & exactly what I’ve been looking for. There are a few things that could make the app better though. For starters, it took me a while to figure out I needed to refresh the page once I selected a “sort” or “filter” because it just goes to a blank page. I also wish the search could be a little more refined. For example, accessories, skirts, t-shirts, etc. Finally, the sizing. I always order an XS when it comes to pants because I am very short & skinny so I was really sad to see there was nowhere near as many options for that size. I just checked & there are only 23 skirts & pants total in XS. I would definitely love to see some more items.

Legit and cute! I’m glad they have an app now.

I have made several purchases from cider and in total bought 5 items. My first order was 2 sweaters which came quickly and looked EXACTLY like they had on the website and in paid ads. I adored them and actually got compliments from friends the first time I wore them out. Okay then I bought a halter top (as seen on Bella Hadid and Danielle Bernstein); Skeptical yet I had a great experience so I bought that and it turned out perfect. I actually wore it yesterday in Montauk! I also bought a fuzzy cardigan. It was chic and cozy. I folded it incorrectly which made it slightly crooked so only hang up the cardigans! Don’t fold them. Lastly I bought a dress with bananas on it. Super cute and fit well!! For the cheap prices, the items hold together well. I typically don’t buy fast fashion pieces but Cider gets me every time 🤪

Recommend to see ‌

I was a little disappointed with how it looked because inside the skirt part there's a cheap piece of fabric that closes like a bodysuit to provide more "coverage"(?) for the otherwise see-through fabric but it's way too large and it just feels like I'm wearing oversized knickers. Other than that it's just very short in the back, it covers my bootay and hardly more skin so bike shorts might be needed... That's my only complaint though, if I didn't have to do a light fix for it to fit properly I would have given 5 stars.Also, I didn't really know what to expect from the top part of the dress, it's a little stiff but it might be just my chest not collaborating for that to look good on me. ‌

Need xxs options

Sorry this got longCider has great quality I’ve gotten a few items from them and I haven’t been disappointed with the quality but the sizing is in need of more options. The XS on here aren’t that XS the first dress I got from them it fit a little loose but I had a waist belt that basically cinched it in quite well. But the tops I’ve gotten fit just a tad bit big kinda like it literally just lays on you perfect. Which would be fine for a more loose fitting t-shirt or crop top t-shirt but my corset I got didn’t act like a corset I have to tie the string all the way tight and even more for it to fit me. Which is silly because I want my corset to bring in my waist that’s why I wanted a corset. I just wish there were more sizing options like an Xxs and larger ones of course for other women who struggle with finding their size.

This will be a 2 part review… eventually

This is is going to be a 2 part review at some point or at least it will have an update later this month. So far my experience has been a really good one. I contacted customer support about an order I placed and got a response the next day. Sure some places say they’ll get to you asap and this website says they’ll get to you within 24 hours but they actually did. And it wasn’t like an electronic robot response either. Customer service was actually nice and gave options to solve my question. They were a real person and not an automated response or at least it felt like I was talking to a human and not a robot.

Refund policy is a scam + horrible sizing

I kept seeing the ad for cider pop up on Instagram so I decided to try it out. I purchased $80 worth of clothes, none of which fit. I have a fairly large chest but otherwise slim waist and ordered a few tops in large. The waist was way too wide, meanwhile the chest area was for A cups. The pants I ordered in medium were super tight on the waist. I opted to receive store credit for the items so that I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of shipping the items back, and could just donate the clothes that didn’t fit. I then tried ordering some different style tops to see if they would fit me better and sized up on the pants. The tops were still too small, one of them didn’t even look like the picture. Pants were wayyyy too big. When I attempted to return these items, I was offered a 50% immediate refund, but for only $2. Turns out, if you purchase your items with store credit, you better hope it fits cause you’re stuck with it and won’t get any money/credit back. Never buying from Cider again, such a disappointment all around. Terrible product and terrible service.

To force

I'd been looking for a dress like this since last year but never found one that I fell in love with. However, this dress ticked all the boxes. I am 5'7 and ordered a size small due to my slimmer physique and I was concerned that the length would be ridiculously short but upon arrival it wasn't as short as I expected, in fact it was almost perfect (slightly on the shorter side). The quality of the product feels fantastic despite the fabric being slightly sheer (which I was expecting as it's white). The front panel over the chest has two layers of fabric so you can be completely covered and it's rather comfortable. I highly recommend this product and cannot wait to wear it out more when England decides to brighten up!!

Love!

I ordered clothes through Cider after seeing an ad. There are so many cute and affordable options for any occasion and I loved everything I ordered! I was really happy that I got my order in a very timely manner (exactly a week after my order confirmation) and they were packaged so nicely with the cutest stickers. It made the order feel even more personal. Also, the tops were really great quality—especially for the price! The only thing I would say could make the website even better is if the screen didn’t automatically bring you back up to the top page after you add something to your cart. Just a minor thing. Overall, I had a great experience shopping from Cider and have already recommended it to my friends!
