Take you money

O have had this app for 3 days and they are taking more money then I’m giving. I chose the $9.99 option and they tried taking $26. You don’t take peoples money. I love the books but the app itself needs work.I’m not happy at all. I wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t have a problem with paying more money than the amount of time you are reading. You put more money Into the app.

Best app ever

You may have to wait to top up if you don’t pay to get the coins but waiting is the best it keeps you on the edge of your seat with each and every chapter you read I just started on this app and I all ready love it

Not as advertised

I came across this app on Facebook. It was advertised as not having to pay for books, so I downloaded it. Sure enough, after four chapters of the “hook the customer” book, it’s wanting one to buy coins to unlock chapters, and they don’t come cheap. The chapters are short, as well, making it extremely expensive to read a book. The story for the first book has promise, but it could definitely use the help of a good editor. I’m not sure the stories are worth the price they’re asking. I much prefer the Galatea app where one can unlock a chapter at no cost by waiting six hours. I don’t mind waiting six hours, and I have 20+ books going at one time, so there’s always something to read for free. Have I ever purchased extra points to unlock a chapter earlier? Yes, but it’s my choice not to wait the six hours in that case. No one is holding a chapter hostage until I spend money to unlock a chapter. Their business model is one that this app should consider. I saw a lot of reviews with the same opinion about this app. The developers of this app need to find a better business model if they want to keep readers.

In-app currency

The app and its features and books are very nice however the in-app currency prices are a bit… high. Sounds dumb i know but hear me out. I understand that apps such as these need ways to make money and support their writers however there are free ways to get the in-app currency includes, reading for preset periods of time or leveling, which is not the problem. While you can read multiple books simply to get the coins for completing the read times they are often not enough to read on and unlock chapters and leveling requires you to spend coins on things that aren't reading in order to level up and get the promised coins. This makes it even harder to unlock chapters without spending real money on coins, which isn’t always an option for readers. Long story short prices could be lower for a better experience on the readers end.

I like it but

I never liked to read but this app is the best but one thing Thts bothering me badly is the situation with the coins I hate tht u gotta either by coins or do the little quest things I’ll like this app a lot more if the whole part with the coins wasn’t in there

Was okay at first…2 months later not!

This app was okay at first but then I started noticing problems. 1. It often times will charge you for chapters you’ve already paid for 2. Free books are not really free 3. It doesn’t keep track of your coins for example I just clicked on a chapter to see how much it was, my coin balance was 56 I didn’t buy the chapter. I went to another book clicked on the next chapter my coin balance was suddenly 8 coins 4. If you click on a chapter multiple times the price goes up. Wanted chapter 11 in Aphas flower it was 20 coins waited until I got my “daily” went to purchase chapter it was suddenly 32 coins….the whole thing feels kinda scammy which is sad I truly enjoyed many of the books on this app.

Not free

Good stories however you have to pay about 4 chapters in. So don’t get into a book if your not willing to pay the expenses to read the book fully

I hate having to pay

I love this but I hate having to pay to continue like what is the point people are already on your app giving you money. Why do you need to charge them? Now more people reading will leave because they don’t want to pay and then you get less money like what is the point? Actually that shouldn’t even be a question because there is no point. I just wish that you guys would consider people who don’t have a lot of money and don’t want to spend money on a reading app that is just inconsiderate.

Is it worth it?

There is a lot of pros and cons to this app. Do you have to spend money to read? NoDo do you have to wait for chapters to unlock? YesCan you spend money to unlock those chapters? Yes Is the pricing consistent? No (I would get different pricing for different chapters in the same novel) If you get the subscription could you avoid the timer? No, the cool down will just cut down to 30min instead of 60min.I enjoyed the story’s on the app and liked that there was a 60 min timer to unlock each chapter instead of out right paying for them. I also don’t mind paying to unlock each chapter. That’s if the pricing was consistent or even worth it. Why do I have to pay 25-30 coins for some and then 40 for others, especially if they are in the same novel. Oh and if you plan on buying the alpha novel plus make sure to keep in mind that the only thing it does is make things a little easier. You still have to do all the other daily stuff to get coins, you get a certain percentage off for coins. It doesn’t even get rid of the timer, it just lowers it to 30min instead of 60min. Personally I don’t think the alpha novel plus is worth it. If your broke and are willing to wait an hour for each chapter this is the app to go to.

Love it…but

Some of the best stories I’ve read so far!! however, it’s so hard to pay for each chapter when they cost so many coins and are so short. I was mislead to believe that books here would be cheaper than at say Galatea and other apps. Either the chapters need to be less expensive or make it to where you can pay for a whole book at one time or better yet an annual subscription. But books can’t be like over $100 the way they are right now.
