Great workout app there if you want something free

I got this app after surgery I couldn’t do anything for 6 months. I’m fully recovered and I’m slowly getting back to sports and mobility in my body. I got this app to work out my abs because i had a back surgery, I do equestrian show jumping and I’m so out of shape. But the app is helping me. It’s very good because it has a lot of things for the free version. I’m not willing on spending money on but if I did it’s pretty cheap. SHORTER VERSION (less detailed)after surgery i needed to stretch and get back in shape. Great app and a lot of choices for the free version.

I AM A BELIEVER

I’ve needed to workout for years but never found a motivation that could help me commit. Gyms didn’t work and working out with friends didn’t work either. So, I just stopped trying. My son said try it (a 12 year old) lol, and now I have set an alarm for my workout 5 days a week! I enjoy it, but so does my body. By the way, I speak of the free full body version. I will be purchasing the yearly subscription! I look forward to my workouts.

Best work out app I discovered!

I’ve been really struggling with finding the right work out regimen. I always thought that I should do a lot of cardio or running but never had the time to incorporate that in my schedule, with work and family. This app has changed the game for me offering quick workouts for my whole body. I’ve been doing the 30 day challenge, and I’m on week 3 and still going strong. I love that I can incorporate other little workouts through the day and I feel like it’s actually making a difference in body. I feel better, and this is a slow process but it’s a step in the right direction and something that I can incorporate in my crazy life between work and 2 small boys. This app has really changed my life and the way I think about working out. I feel the muscle soreness the next day, not pain but the feeling that I’ve had a good work out and I’m getting stronger day by day. I highly recommend this app if you want to work out, you don’t necessarily know what to do or how to work out certain areas of your body. It’s truly amazing. Lastly, I’ve actually getting my husband to do quick workouts with me as well, and my boys also like working out with mommy too so it’s been great to bring a healthy lifestyle home.

i dont know man

I really like this app and have been using it for a while, but I recently stepped on the scale and found I had gained 2 more pounds while using it. I don’t know if that’s because of the app or because of me, but it’s only making me feel worse. I haven’t seen any results and even the difficult stuff isn’t hard. I wish the creators of this app would step it up and make more body fat burning exercises so I could actually see results faster. My weight has led to depression and I wanted to fix it fast before summer because I can barely wear t shirts without looking in the mirror and hating myself. Step it up guys make it a real challenge.

Best workout app I’ve ever used!

I’ve used my fair share of workout apps, but this one has by far been the best! I haven’t worked out in probably 8 months and I used to go to the gym daily. Now I just can’t get myself up early enough or out of the house. I just downloaded this app two days ago and am on the free trial - I’ve don’t the Night Time stretches both nights and started a 7days x 4weeks challenge! The workouts in this challenge are 15-17 minutes(super doable),are challenging and get your heart rate up, but aren’t so challenging that you can’t move and don’t want to get up to do it again tomorrow! For the first time in a LONG time, I look forward to working out!!The workouts also have music in the background and have a lady guiding your through, reminding you to tighten your abs, etc. She’s like a personal trainer! Love this app!!!

Yes! yes! yes!

I’ve tried several workout apps and this one by far has to be the best one. The format of the app is just great. I definitely recommend this app for beginners or even if you’re experienced. I personally am a beginner and I just started. I’m very sore right now so that just goes to show it works lol. I struggle with procrastinating and after that first workout and being sore. I can’t wait to workout again. The thrill and the actual feeling of being sore motivated me so much. I’m very thankful for this app!

I recommend it for y’all!

Awesome app nothing went wrong I am way more fit I feel great diet has changed and I lift more weights and sleep great so it is free and no going backs for me y’all want y’all should get most definitely y’all will never go back this is a great App you guys will love it it is so good and so efficient to work out and I am loving it already I got this app about two weeks ago and I am already sleep well it’s great my head feels great my whole body feels stronger and fit in great I just cannot believe this you guys would love this app so five star rating you guys definitely no changes if you guys want to change it and make it better great because this app will get better and better I swear y’all will love it!!!!

Great Way To Start A Routine

I like everything about this app. It has voice guided workouts and stretches that keep time of your workout for all levels (beginner - advanced) with targeted workouts for abs, arms, glutes, thighs and full body. The workouts are different each day and only take a few minutes to complete. It also has a calendar that keeps track of which workouts you have done and calories burned (by estimation). I’ve set a reminder in the app to notify me to workout. At first I was skeptical to see results because the workouts and times seemed easy, but after a week I began to see results in the areas I worked on and I have already lost a pound! This app is making my weight loss goals seem achievable.

Quick and efficient

I thought it was just another scam workout app that only gives you a few exercises and you come out feeling like you did nothing or like you can’t complete it. It adjust a workout routine that I can realistically do during the week. At the end of the 15 mins I feel the soreness that I want to feel that it’s helping my body feel more toned. I’m definitely sticking with this app.

100% best workout app... coming from a real human I promise lol

I use this app 7 times a week, I work out every day and using this app has made my workouts so much easier and less straining. It’s makes me want to exercise more the workout are great some are easy some are challenging but you’ll get there, I definitely recommend this app one if your starting or thinking about exercising and need motivation or if your just looking for a great workout app this is the right app 100%💪🏽
