Really Good App

This app is fantastic so far. It helps you with your working out, eating habits, and sleep. I’ve only had it for 2 days and it’s awesome. The only thing is that there are adds, but you can pay a one time fee of $6 and they’re gone. The workouts are ok…the instructor is more like a translator, and the workout is really animated, so it’s hard to see what they’re doing, but other then that they’re good!

Good but i think their should be workouts already made, so we dont have to make our own workout otherwise i like the sleep tracker

Great app

This app does wonders. It tracks your sleep, tells you what food you should eat, gives you workouts and stretches based on if you’re above or below 18, lets you create your own workout, and has a calendar to track your workout days. This is a great app for all ages and there are no fees witch is like one of the best parts. You can hardly find any free fitness app and BAM I found one that gives numerous things besides workouts and it’s for all ages. I totally recommend this app and I think you’ll really like it.

Grown taller

I’m almost 4’10 now! I’m 12 btw It’s been less than a week and I have almost grown an inch!!! On the first day I was 4’ 9.2”. My goal is to grow to 5’ 4” do y’all think I’ll make it??? 😬 -that short girly :)

A little glitch

Every time I go to do the workout at 40% it stops showing me the workout I am supposed to do. Otherwise this is the best app I have ever used!I grew 1 inch in a week!
