Great service receipt procedures are lacking.

Ordering is very easy and great service on getting orders out.Your billing process makes expense reports impossible. Multiple items are billed once at checkout, but split between shipping locations and shows up on my card separately. Example one receipt with total order, but multiple expenses, that make matching the receipts with charges very difficult.

Grainger is the Best

Working industry for years I’ve always used GRAINGERS. I found that even for projects around house I get great tools and all kinds of things from these guys. Their apps simple to use - I like to will call my orders to skip paying anything for shipping. It’s also refreshing to go into retail environment where people I meet like what they do for a living and knowledge able about stuff they sell.

Maintenance

Good app. The only thing I find is that when placing order with multiple items in it, you have to enter department and PO for each individual item, so if I’m ordering 8 items for same department and same category, still have to do it 8 times, would be very nice if the order stays open while I populate all the items with only one department and one PO. Thanks

I wish I had other choices

Terrible automated system. Every time I call I have to listen to the recording ask if I want to take a survey. Not once but twice it holds me hostage, every time. The email notification system is trash. I constantly get emails saying things are ready for pickup when it’s not true. I live over an hour away from my store. I’ve wasted too much of my life dealing with this company. The customer service is nice but they never share my complaints. I voice them every single time. Prices are high. I would encourage you to shop anywhere but here. I’m held hostage because I live in Alaska. Good luck.

Grainger is just absolutely amazing. It’s unbelievable the products they stock and half available for next day delivery. Also want to give a shout out to their customer service and tech-support. Always friendly and knowledgeable people helping me out.

Very disappointed

When I log in through the safari I can see all the orders in my account. I thought getting the app would be better but I was wrong. It says I have zero orders. No matter what I do. I’ve logged out then back in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. It still doesn’t work. I would hope they fix this issue soon.
