Printing pictures

Downloading the app is the best thing I could have done. Printing pictures off my phone is only a click away. I like the fact that the app is really easy to use and navigate. I give this app 5 stars thank you for making it easy to print pictures.

Quick service!

What a great app! Took a picture of something I wanted to include in my son’s birthday package, uploaded to CVS, and picked it up 45 minutes later! (I remember the days of taking a roll of film out of my camera and taking it to drug store to get printed and waiting a week or so.) Technology— so easy and fun! Thank you, CVS!

Quality a Problem

I decided to print about twenty-four, 4x6 prints for a project and downloaded this App. The photos were taken both with an iPhone 8 Plus and a mirrorless Olympus camera with a pro-quality lens. At at least 20 megapixels and 0 blurriness in the original photos, the small 4x6 prints should have been razor sharp. I sent the prints to CVS, and as promised by the App, the photos were ready in about an hour. However, the quality on at least 3/4 of the photos was absolutely atrocious. I’m not a photo snob, but there’s literally no reason why these pictures should be blurry. Some of the photos were also cropped in bizarre ways, which, again makes no sense. I appreciate the turn around, and maybe the horrible (and I mean, horrible) quality was the fault of the particular CVS I used, so I gave the App three stars.Update: I changed this review to 1 star because I downloaded CVS’ app and my photos printed faster and were PERFECT. Maybe it’s not the app, but I used the same photos...all I did was change the app I used.

My CVS

Every time I go to CVS they are very helpful. Nicole in photography has had to show me at least 7 times how to print from Kiosk. My husband passed away 2 years ago now. I had a locket I wanted to add his and my photo to. Nicole patiently worked with me until it was perfect. I am grateful for such wonderful and caring people.

Perfect App

It’s an awesome app, they get it done in hour but they won’t always notify you but that’s okay because pictures are always printed! If there was a way to crop pictures on the app that would make make it even better. Overall just a great and reliable app that is easy to use!

Frustrating

It took 5 attempts to put through my order. Apparently there was an issue with one of the photos and that stopped the entire process. Had to go back to the beginning and had to keep changing the location from near my office to near home. We’ll see how it works out. Not sure I’d use it again.

Same day prints

And that’s what they mean . I love using this app . I have used this several times along with my daughters and we have never had any problems getting our pics to go through ( meaning it works very well for me and my daughters said no problem with submitting their prints ) excellent Quality photos as always . By the time I’m ready to go shopping my prints are ready and waiting . I save tons of cash just sending the pics. out rather than trying to print them on my personal printer. Thank You CVS . I like the convenience. It would be helpful if you could order wallets with prints and group like items on checkout. It’s also inconvenient to have a $50 limit after you have ordered.

Hit or miss

I’ve used this app about 10 times and 4 out of 10 there have been issues. When there have been issues, I placed the order, received a confirmation number and a confirmation email and then another email that the order was ready. When I went to pick them up, the store did not have them and had no record of the order. Disappointing.

Store Locations

I have enjoyed using your app to order photos many times, but sometimes it “freezes” when I go to locate nearest store. There is a Walmart nearby, but it will not identify it sometimes. I’ve been trying for two days to place an order, and just now got on again and “my Walmart” came up. It would’ve let me choose that one, but it said that’s where it was sent. I hope so. It’s very frustrating, because you don’t know til the very end, after choosing photos, quantity and edits. I did that so many times for this same order.
