Beautiful Book

I tried this service on a whim. I had been using MyPublisher which is no longer in operation so I needed to find another way to make photo books. I just returned from China and all my photos were on my iPhone 8. The photos were beautiful but transferring to my computer is a pain. I started playing around with the App and two hours later decided the final product was good enough to order. I was worried about how my book would look because I had used another app with poor results. This book is fabulous if a bit pricey. I’m hoping prices will come down or coupons will be available. I usually make books for everyone with whom I travel. My one request is that Simple Prints develops a few more interesting formats, perhaps with a holiday or travel theme. Maybe with designed backgrounds and tilted photo slots? This could make a more interesting book. Also I would have liked more lines to tell my story on the opening page. Just a suggestion, or two. The book looks great! Thanks!

Amazed

I tried this app as a whim for a last minute gift idea. It was quick and easy to insert my pictures and create collages on each page. Once completed my book arrived quickly. While I was looking through the book and enjoying the product I noticed one of my captions was missing. It wasn’t a big deal but I decided to contact the company and see if they would do anything about it. They were quick to respond within an hour. They told me how to fix it and checked back multiple times to make sure it was fixed. They ended up having to do something on their end for me but they were quick and efficient about it and extremely pleasant and apologetic. Also they are sending me the reprint with upgraded shipping with no charge. I will definitely recommend and keep using this service.

This company is great and I highly recommend it for any printing project you are planning. I’ve printed both hardcover and softcover 8” books and a metal print. All were great. Their preset formats are a convenient feature and save you a lot of time. If you’re procrastinating on a project you have in mind this is definitely the app to get because once you have it you’ll see how It makes it so easy to put an impressive book together. I chose simple prints because the app is so easy to use and it is great for on the go use. So I was practically done designing my travel photo book before I even got home from the vacation. The photo books are high quality- color matches what you see in the app. The customer service is also amazing. They have a system in place to make sure there are no surprises and you get exactly what you designed in the app. ⭐️Linsie was super helpful and made sure that everything was accurate. I’ll definitely use simple prints again for any printing.

When you don't have Patience

I have always used Shutterfly for my books for my family, but when trying this year I just could not make it work. While on Facebook I saw SimplePrints and I needed a book for my grandson's 18th Birthday. It's easy to use and I submitted my photos. SimplePrints emailed me that a lot of my pictures were not going to fit proportionately and there were other issues. I wrote to them asking if they could help me with my problem and they could not have been kinder and fixed everything. I love my book. It's perfect. The quality of the paper is excellent. I will not use anyone else again. It's refreshing to have people care about you. Thank you to the staff of SimplePrints. You're the best. Donna Snyder

Beautiful Books and Amazing Service!

I am on my 11th Book and each time I have had amazing and very professional service from the folks at Simpleprints. Most of the books are photos of our travels. But once I realized how easy it was and that the quality was so terrific, I decided to do a coffee table book of my Mother’s artwork and upgraded the paper. Simpleprints helped me with the quality of the photos and made sure it arrived on her birthday. It was so beautiful I had more than 10 orders at the family reunion! I also decided to take almost 20 years of my husband’s Christmas letters along with Christmas photos taken over the years and made books for him and our grown children. It was one of my best Christmas days ever!

McLove the quality!!

I’ve been making photo books for over 20 years... using a lot of popular companies mentioned here...I was skeptical at first but needed to make my annual Father’s Day book for my husband.... and my usual online company had too many glitches, errors on site etc... and I was getting frustrated with how long it was taking to upload....anywho..Simple Prints app was extremely easy to use, upload and create...and the end product was beyond my expectation because the 12x12 book came out beautiful! The layouts were great and color accuracy was spot on! Processing and shipping was way faster than I anticipated and the packaging of the book was an extra bonus because the book arrived in excellent condition.I definitely recommend this company!!

Great quality but terrible app

I have used Simple Prints for years and made at least 10 photo books for annual holiday gifts. The quality of the books is fantastic, clear pictures, great binding, nice covers. However I have been pulling my hair out this month while making books for my parents and myself. Since I put a years worth of pictures I have to work on the books in stages. Every time when I return to the books the pages have pictures that won’t load and it is not saving whole pages I have made. Today I finished a project and when I went to preview the book it was completely different, missing pages and had old pictures that I had deleted completely. I am actually going to abandon the projects and use a different app/company. Very disappointed, I have spent HOURS on this years books.

USE THIS COMPANY👍🏻👍🏻

I decided to make a family keepsake cookbook for my daughters for Christmas by using my iPhone and various collage apps to create each page. My problem became finding a site that would allow me to just transfer my finished photo pages into a book that was large enough to read and would not cut off or crop away some of the content. Most required that I upload from a laptop and drag the recipes and pictures into their configurations, which I did not want to do at this point, as I had put soo much time into creating my own pages. Also many book-making apps only create small size books with a limited amount of pages . Thank heavens I found Simpleprints as it was SUPER EASY to just upload my photos directly from my iPhone to the app, rearrange the order of pages and make corrections. They offered many sizes & styles for their books and the best part was that the preview showed ALL the content, nothing was cropped off the edges. I had a couple of questions and they answered me right away. Their responses were informative and very professional! I received beautiful books in a very timely manner and Christmas morning, my daughters were overwhelmed with emotion receiving these gorgeous sentimental keepsakes. I highly urge anyone looking to creat a book online to use SimplePrints, they are excellent!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Photo Book

I ordered my first photo book from the SimplePrints app after I got all my wedding photos back from our photographer. I searched Shutterfly, Walgreens, Walmart, and other photo book apps and they were all difficult to use and super expensive. Then I tried this app out and it was SOOO easy to navigate and personalize compared to all the other ones I tried to use. I just received the photo books in the mail a few weeks ago and the final product was even better than I expected! I convinced my sister to start using this photo book app and I can wait to give my mom the photo book I ordered for her birthday! I just made and purchased my second order with pictures from our honeymoon and I can’t wait for it to come in and look at it with my husband! I highly recommend SimplePrints and it deserves 5 stars for sure.

Too many issues with app

I have used the app in 2017 to make a 20-30 page photo book and I thought I’d use it again to make a larger book of our most recent trip. This time I had 1000+ pictures to sort through and the app just wasn’t up to it. Some of the issues were just inconveniences as the iPad app not allowing landscape view except when previewing the book, to bigger issues like app constantly crashing and rearranging my photos on the shelf bar on top when I reopen the app, having no way to multi select pics on the shelf bar to get rid of them when you reach the max, making me drag each one to the trash can. Sometimes the pics just come back when you restart the app making it reach the limit again or sometimes even after dragging and deleting 100’s of pictures and getting rid of pages from the book itself, it still tells me I’ve reached my 500 limit. I don’t know if it’s storing them in memory but randomly it’ll allow me to add more time to time until the proble, starts all over again. After days of fighting with the app and reaching a bit over 200 pages, I’m throwing in the towel.
