Upi link fail specially in evening time

I wanted to give 5 star rating but mostly in evening time when we need to pay to shoppers it shows an error msg of upi link temporarily failed, I don’t know why it happens only on phone pe, at the same time after that I use other app it doesn’t show any error and transactions happen successfully, hope you guys resolve this issue soon.

One of the best UPI app.

I am fan of PhonePe from the day they launched it. Easy, convenient and smooth user interface makes it my go to app for almost all UPI transactions I make. Electric bills and other utility bills payment is a bonus.I hope it stays this way.

Deshis PhonePe best amongst all UPI pay apps

As i am volunteered for a colony activities as a treasurer , app made my life easy. Best among all upi apps and its our deshi one guys.Though i had issues with processing payments in the beginning, I still pushed myself to use it bcoz its our deshi company. Between i used Paytm a lot and GPay as its payment process success rate is high. Now a days i had no issues with phonepe , moreover i found its history is cool so i can track all transactions better than any other app.

Verification of bank not done before

Verification of bank not done before placing order in my new phone instead had to wait for long time to place order as it had to verify phone number and bank details etc

Topping up-PhonePe Wallet

I could pay (1) Airtel Recharge (2) Jio Recharge And (3) Pharmacy Bill But not -all the bills I desired to pay. Like (1)Credit Card bills(2) ElectricityBills (3) Mahanagar Gas Bill or any payments to Third Party for the services/value received.Hence not advisable to block more funds in PhonePe wallet also because PhonePe does not pay any interest like Banks on saving bank accounts.

Need to fix login

i login from a different phone number to phone pay because my associated number with bank is different from the sim i use daily. PhonePe changed the login options and makes me login multiple times which is inconvenient. You can’t just log me out after every transaction just because my current sim and phonepe number are two separate numbers for a security reason. It’s inconvenient

I don’t see any use of this app

When I can handle all the bill payments from my bank account and through other UPI apps, what is that left to use this app. Initially atleast they used to give rewards and now the rewards are useless. If you say that I can use my credit card for payments, you are charging 2% as usual..... so why should I use this app ??

Worst app I ever see

Transaction is showing completed since last 4-5 days but still not credited to my account. Not supporting on call if you are not calling from your registered number.. why? Even after contacting to Phonepe 4-5 times they are telling same thing, created to receivers account. Not even checking what is issue is. This issue is not only with me, its with many users. I request everyone not to use this. Use TEZ .. its google app and far better than this.

Very easy and convenient

PhonePe is super convenient and easy pay daily shopping, taxi, utility bills and mobile recharge on finger tips. Sometimes I faced issues however on second attempt it worked fine. There is no hassle of dealing with changes.

PhonePe wallet is DANGEROUS

Don’t put too much money in the PhonePe wallet. It will be stuck there. You pay from wallet only bills like water, phone etc. I couldn’t even pay my Electricity bill using funds in the PhonePe wallet. It won’t even show in the “Debit from” list. Help line says “that’s it. That’s how PhonePe works.
