As a power email user, I’ve tried them all on both iOS and MacOS.. Newton, Polymail, Apple Mail, Postbox, GMail, Airmail, etc. etc, etc.. Missive blows them all away and that doesn’t even take into account its incredible team sharing features. Just it’s basic single-user email app experience is superior to anything else I’ve used ever. The attention to detail is insane and the feature set is immense. It does everything the other apps do and more, yet they continue improving it at a rapid pace. I don’t have time to write a detailed description of all the features. Just try it and you will be amazed.
Been using the app for 3 years now. Everything works great. Most importantly the support team is super responsive. The features just help reduce cluttered emails and more efficient Communication. The contact sync is fantastic but, needs some work. Love the fact that if one of my team members receives an email and needs help on a reply or details. All he/she have to do is to send a chat in the email and Bob's your Uncle. I've tried all apps out there, missive is light years ahead and improving regularly. Kudos Missive team and a special shout out to Rafael.
Send, track, assign and organize emails from customers as well as internal conversations. The ability to comment privately on support emails from clients or prospects and quickly reply with the right saved and customized responses. Close out completed email threads and even add rules for automations! Grow into the features as the desktop web and apps make this the killer productivity tool no matter what device your using at the moment. Check out Missive before paying twice the cost for another hosted support desk application - your team is already using email and doesn’t want to send users to a ticket system that’s not customer friendly like responses from real people on your team.
I would have a very difficult time returning to the use of other standard email platforms common in business today. After learning the ins and outs of Missive, it has streamlined communication and collaboration in the work place. Very highly recommend for anyone who likes to stay on top of their digital communication. It will upgrade idea-sharing within your company.
In short, this changes the way business works. Less expensive than Front with the same features. Constantly updating with new features. Great integrations too. Email sms Facebook messenger all in one spot. Have a chat with a colleague about an incoming email. Triage and respond to emails as a team. Chat with team members in the same app you use to talk to outside colleagues. Make emails pop back in your inbox later with snooze. Simple beautiful and very well done.
When I decided to start having team members respond to emails alongside me, I tried about 10 different solutions before landing with Missive. So glad I kept looking until I found the right one. Missive has all the requirements I need and some I didn’t realize I needed. And their support has been top notch. With a desktop app, phone app and “in browser” site, they really make it easy communicate with your customers. Highly recommend!
Missive is hands down the best tool we use at our company. It cuts down al the wasted over communication between ourselves and our customers and ultimately helps us provide a better customer centric service experience. If you are serious about customer service and operating efficiently and effectively Missive is a great solution. Also, their support and customer service is great and a testament to this platform.
I’m not a big reviewer. Usually try a new tool out for a day (if that) and delete if not useful. But I’ve been looking for a new email client for a long time. They’re either too minimal (or want you to pay for the simplest of integrations) or they’re loaded with bells and whistles that can’t be configured (or need you to pay to do so). This was obviously designed with a simple business practice mindset. It flows. It’s not clunky. It’s practical and is very user friendly. It’s also powerful with useful integrations and easy access to turn emails into tasks, set reminders and add calendar support. Thank you for making a simple business tool that makes sense.
