A potential gem plagued by difficulty issues

If the devs see this, I hope that you could overhaul the game so that it would be more fair because I really do like this game. It’s just that I can no longer keep progressing through it. There isn’t so much a difficulty curve as a difficulty death-pit, as the enemies start packing tons more health with attacks that destroy half of yours that they can use on repeat. The inability to benefit from repeatedly trying to beat a level is a major problem. Often, I’d get to the final boss only to be immediately killed by his purple attack, which wiped away all my progress and made me feel I had just wasted my time. The main overarching problem is that the game punishes being less than perfect completely. If I earned small amounts of gems for beating a bot, or if I could use a checkpoint system to get back to a fight I narrowly missed quickly, or if I could lessen the damage dealt to me by doing damage to the enemy’s attack areas, a large portion of the game’s problems would disappear and people would probably feel better about spending money on it since the game isn’t actively trying to extort you anymore.I understand how making these changes may be difficult, but they are necessary to make the game even remotely enjoyable. People who feel they’re being forced to pay will simply delete the app. People who don’t feel that way will be more likely to pay real money to buy in-game items.

Very fun and addictive

When I got this game, I was very desperate, and when I saw it in one of the games I might like, I tried it out. I was looking for a decent non-WiFi game, and I found it with this. But one thing, it is waaaaaaaaay to hard. I had to revive a ton. So just make it easier in cuter updates, and keep making games exactly like this. Chya!

Fun at the early levels

This game is fun, especially at the early levels. However once I got to the harder stages my game started to get annoyingly hard. I understand that you have to get gems and items from beating levels, but some of the levels seem so hard especially when the enemy robot has 2 to 3 times your health and does a lot of damage. The most annoying part about this game are the purple circles. It takes you about 5 hits to break them. This seems easy but you only get about 5 seconds to hit them 5 times and there are more than 1. So you end up having to get hit by the enemy’s gun/missiles and lose a lot of health. Also at time the purple circles are out side of the center, so my gun can’t hit it because it isn’t centered. Overall the game is fun but what makes it frustrating are the purple circles. I give this game a 3/5.

Great idea but poor execution

This game seems to be based on a very fun concept and could probably be a very good game if the leveling system were to be fixed. Additionally, it does seem nearly impossible to counter an enemy's attack when they use the purple attack—especially when fighting a boss. If these things were fixed and one was able to obtain gear more readily, this really could be a fantastic game!

Horrible scaling for money

Even early into the game around level 10 the game is almost impossible. The scaling is ridiculous levels that are supposed to be “very easy” are almost impossible to complete, and are in fact impossible if you dont give them more money by watching an ad so you can revive to full health. I even gave it the benefit of the doubt and bought $5 worth of gems to see if it was just my gear. I got two legendary pieces and all purple pieces and it made no gameplay impact what so ever. The legendary helmet gave me 4,000HP meanwhile the first enemy i encounter has 7,000 and can take away 1,000HP in one hit. If your going to balance your game horribly to make people buy gems at least make the equipment you receive worthwhile so people buy more. But this game cant even seem to get the scamming aspect right. Just another game to scam you out of a dollar or so and get you to watch a few ads so they can make some money before you delete it.

Same as everyone else.

Great at first. But there’s no way to beat enemies that spam their purple attack rings. Lasers can take out 1-2 (2 if you’re really lucky with the chaos), cannons and mini guns can hardly take out 1. The ONLY way I’ve managed to survive a lot of battles is I got crazy lucky with a cannon that gives me health back for critical hits. If it wasn’t for that, I’d be stuck like everyone else. At this point there’s not even a reason to have the 5 levels all total. Anything past the Very Easy and Easy one’s are impossible, not ‘Very Hard’.

Needs work

I like this game and the idea, but it wasn’t done right. The loot system is really bad. After the game gave me a blue starting cannon, nothing else was as good enough. I got mini guns and charge guns but they would never be as good. And trying to pop the purple attacks are near impossible at the later levels. That’s probably due to my underleveled cannon but even when trying the other weapons it was extremely difficult. Then, since I can’t stop their attack they proceed to do over 1000 damage in one attack. I’m stuck with trying to out damage them with 137 per crit and an about 500 damage missile. Which will win me 2 to 3 fights before the boss pummels my remaining 500 health.

Almost Unplayable!

This game has a really fun concept, but after the first 30 minutes it becomes impossibly difficult. There is not enough gear going around, so you end up using level 3 weapons while on a level 15 boss. Also, the purple rings in the battles are indefinably hard to hit because your crosshair is flying across the screen at mach 7. A few ways this game could improve is firstly for the currency system to be fixed. (There is not enough gems). Another easy fix is to lower the recoil on all weapons by ALOT. Finally make the purple rings easier to hit and stay on the screen longer. PS. The enemies are way to strong for the player to go up against. Lower their attack and Health points. Thank you for listening!

Good game but could be improved

Fusion Hero’s is a great game. It could definitely be more pushy on in app purchases but it gives you plenty of opportunities to earn things easily instead of buying them. A PVP mode could bring this game to the next level. Incorporating a ladder system like Clash Royale could make this easily one of the best games on the App Store :)

Pay to play

Most games I play that people cry “pay to play!” aren’t that hard. If you put in the effort you can normally get through without any purchases. This one is a different story. Within 30 minutes of gameplay the game becomes outrageously hard. Most of the game play is automated and requires some minimal tapping, so it’s not like there is skill involved in winning. Apart from the pay to play format, the game still feels very beta. The same sound track on every level and boss (which is admittedly pretty good), and nothing really to do.
