No support for attaching or viewing local files
Very limited for a native client. I can’t even view my attachments that were uploaded via the web browser. We need this app to be free of any cloud/server dependencies, so we know we can count on it. You haven’t even tackled attachments… who knows what other limitations are out there.
Great but…
The app need a mode to edit and add password to be perfect . Thx for the work tou make
iPad No go

Heading in the right direction but…
(1.1.1) Dear Synology, you need to include features that no other password manager offers or you always be playing catch-up in a race that you have joined so late to. Include the ability to sync this information to people’s own Synology NAS. Your whole philosophy was built on people not trusting or wanting to pay for public cloud infrastructure for their data storage and now you’re asking your devoted fans to head right back in that direction? I don’t understand this shift in your business model with this product. Plus, at the moment, this app is nothing more than a very secure notepad file with a pretty bow on it. I was laughing to myself when installing & logging back into this new version seamlessly using 1Password.(1.1.0) Well you can now create & edit from the mobile app, but only Login items. There are six other categories that I'm sure people will be wanting to add & edit from their mobile device, not only from a computer. You can now also add OTP credentials too, but that’s about the extent of this upgrade. Adding one star to my previous review but you will need to add so much more before getting any additional stars.

Thanks, I can edit logins from iOS and iPadOS. Please add the rest of categories to iOS and iPadOS…. The iPad is still in portrait mode, impossible to use with the magic keyboard (iPad is in Landscape!).Previous Review:Hi, I’m trying this application, on the iPad and iPhone, I can’t add items. Please allow the application to rotate, when using the iPad with the keyboard it is in Landscape mode but C2 Password application keeps the Portrait orientation.
Can not edit entries on mobile
Without the ability to edit entries within the app, it severely limits the value of the service.
Password Generator doesn’t retain settings
iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16.1 ‘special character’ setting in password generator will not retain setting. It’s deselected every time I open the password generator.

Needs work
Not as seemless as apple default password, but works. Doesn’t always ask to save new passwords generated or save changed ones.
Missing Critical Function
I love Synology hardware and software and was excited to try the C2 password app. However, without the ability to add or edit entries on the phone it’s a no go for me. Hopefully it will be added in the future and I’ll give it a try then.
