Great app. Simple to use but not simplistic. Breaths for slowing down, calming down or even getting energized. Sweet interface with colors and a great up and down road map style to keep one located in your breath and see what is ahead. Big fan of the sleepy breathes and then the energizing get the day rolling ones for mid afternoon. Two minutes of breathing is better than a cup of coffee. Well designed and nothing sloppy in the program. Very well done concept and design. A++
This is a magnificent addition to my workout routine . We often forget to pause and take a moment to breath. It’s giving me an extra tool to exercise my mental state of mind . Love it !

I never do breath-work because I don’t know all the techniques. This app saves me a lot of time in learning the types of breathing for the results I need. I’m sure, as I use this app, I’ll know how to do them all due to repetition.
I have downloaded and deleted quite a few breathing app, but l really think this one is going to be a keeper for the long haul. It’s very simple and to the point, but really do work and is effective. I could tell a difference in my mood and energy level immediately. I also like the colorful graphics and sound that accompanies the inhaling and exhaling breathing rhythm. Well thought out app.
