The best Word game out there...

I have been playing Words by Post with my mother (YES MY MOTHER) since my Windows phone back in 2011 or so. At the time, WBP was the only word game available to Windows platform users. This game is far better than WWF for many reasons... the most prominent is certainly the ranking system in addition to the lack of Ads; in fact, my mother thought we should switch at one point (ti WWF) but was so averted by the ads on WWF that we instantly came back to WBP. Seriously, I don't think we even finished the WWF game. Today we recognized that the WBP server has gone down... perhaps this is temporary (also note Whols Verification needed on their website), but regardless it is crushing. WBP has been a way for my family and I to stay in competition with one another (e.g. my mom and I have played just under a thousand games). I hope WBP returns... truly the best word game that exists!! Leave WWF today and join us on WBP

Game for cool people

This is like the cool underground word game. No superfluous frills , just great word game that challenges you! I like playing with real people and no silly commercials . The developer is awesome because he always responds to questions from people, which shows someone who cares about his users.

Addictive!!!

I love this game, play like 25 at a time. Ways better than Words With Friends. My only complaint is too many cheaters. Hard to understand why someone would enjoy winning by cheating, but I guess you could say the same thing about Tom Brady and the Patriots! Anyway, if I suspect someone of cheating, I either call them out or quietly resign., depending on my mood. Great app tho. Highly recommended!!!!

Push notifications are back!

Update: push notifications are back! All the stars!Probably the best scrabble app out there, but the push notifications are broken, so you constantly have to reload the app to see if it’s your turn. Other than that, it’s not full of gimmicks. Just good old scrabble.

Love the game but....

I love this game and have been playing for years but I feel it needs an update. No matter what I do I’m not getting notifications, the sound letting me know my partner made a move and I have to click off the game or I won’t his word. I haven’t changed anything under settings, I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it and still nothing-it’s got bugs-hope you can fix it-other than that-love the game

Leaves others in the dust

Started playing this years ago on Windows Phone (RIP), shortly before starting Words With Friends. I’m still playing this now that I’m on my 3rd iPhone (and my phones last 2-3 years)! Ditched WWF years ago. I can go back and see the results of every game I’ve played, as well as conversations! I’ve never experienced a bug or glitch of any kind. It’s clean and simple, and ads are not intrusive. I’m about 99% certain I’ll never make the leaderboard, but it’s still fun to look over my ranking history.

Great!

Thoroughly enjoying it! One big difference I perceive from the "board game" version is that you have the opportunity to try out different letter combos, with immediate feedback on validity from the "machine" - some might say this eliminates one of the more challenging and fun aspects of the old style game, but it's all good...;)Great to be able to play with multiple players in parallel!

Loved this game but can’t play any more!

I’ve played this game for years. Today I pushed the app button and it wants me to put in my user name and password.I don’t even remember making a password. Tried several passwords I’ve used before to no avail. It gives you no option to change your password.

Seriously addictive and competitive.

I’ve been plays this game since my youngest daughter graduated HS in 2011. She’s since graduated and is now a Professional athlete and I’m still playing. There are months when I don’t play but it’s so addictive & being competitive I always want to beat my opponent. Best word game out there. Thank you

Option to disable chat

We should have the option. I want to get away from the social media back and forth and this game is where I come to just play.
