Good enough still bugy

First of all im happy cuz i got my card yesterday after 1month and yeah late better never so then i ordered GBP card too and i did go for add 10$ on first card and its worked but i saw my request for GBP card failed 😶 and i ordered again seems shouldn't do anybefore card issue 🤷‍♂️ i guess it just a bad bug but how ever its still better than others---------Aug 3As i checked other btc debit cards i have to say its the best maybe delivery little long and app little bit buggy but ay least there is some point too like simple verification no extra selfie with id 😬 and much more 3 useable card good enough for btc debit and countis (Uk) is better issuer than glabtars issuer 👌😅

Worst Company

2nd review I’m leaving on here as my first one was to complain about Wirex freezing my account for small transactions at an atm when traveling. All they could respond with is contact customer service or to give my issue number to representative. Ive done that numerous times, about 5 now and have gotten no where. This is by far the worst crypto service I had e ever used. My funds are now locked in their service and I have no access to them. I spent less then $800 on the debit card before they froze my account. I highly recommend to not use this service. Use bybit instead. So much better. Wirex has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When they respond to this to they will tell me they’re sorry and to input my issue number but nothing will happen as nothing has happened the numerous times I have already done that. This service is a scam. DO NOT USE.

Warning!!!’

I have had this app for around 2 months I think and I added money on it thinking I could use the app but that’s not how they work. Customer service is a joke. I can’t activate my card. And I can’t send crypto anywhere. And if you try getting ahold of support there chat bot will not let you type in to the text box it just keeps you going in a cycle and not once have it led me to customer service. Long story short they took my money and never gave me access to it I can’t spend it no where bc there no option. And they say on chain blockchain is up and running but you can only receive. They cheered me out my money and I’m going to the surgeon General with it. After I talk to apple and google one about this app that gives you miss direction. Where’s the transparency ercy

Suspected information stealers

*update* As I stated I have reached out multiple times to you guys through app support and nothing** I downloaded and attempted to open a Wirex account almost two months ago and have been waiting for my account to be verified. I submitted all the required documents and have never had a problem opening any account anywhere else at most it would take 24 hours. I contacted support and the only reply I received was a generic auto response saying how busy they are and not to open multiple tickets. That’s was it and my verification is still pending with no reason as to why. I think they are just stealing people private identifying information with no intention of giving them a account because I am not the only person facing this issue. There is no way to talk to a actual person, I keep getting promotional emails but can’t do anything with my account. Seriously concerned and extremely disappointed as I was told this app and account is so convenient but so far not the case

Better options out there

EDIT- still receiving the run around. Very close to reporting Wirex for fraudulent business practices. —I signed up months ago during a promotion that included bonuses for completing steps and referrals. After the time period stated for bonuses to be paid out, I received nothing. I’ve emailed multiple times, told my account had been escalated and would be attended to over others. That was over a week ago. No status updates. The app chat feature doesn’t work and though you get a notification your friend has joined there’s no way to verify how many referrals you have. I guess if I ever get my bonus, I’ll have to take WIREX’ word. Which so far has been clear as mud.

The only exchange that has ever declined my application/verification

I’ve been dealing with crypto (and stocks) for a few years now. I have accounts with all the major exchanges and brokers and all the small-fries you can imagine, and am involved in a handful of crypto currency start-ups making their charge to go live on the blockchain and DeFi. After about a month of pending Verification, I opened a ticket to see what the hold up was. The first person I talked to heard my issue, took some time, then said he’s passing it to another team. About a week later, I catch that I get a notice from Wirex about my account. Then I see the notification from my email saying Wirex has answered my ticket. Upon reading the response, they regret to inform me that my application has been denied and state that they will not give me anymore information on that decision, and basically how I took it, sent me off with a “Get Lost” … so Wirex has become the first exchange, “bank”, financial institute, etc to ever stop my verification to use their service. No big deal to me really, I’m sure the other guys will enjoy the money that I feed in and out and amongst the Blockchain. You’d think theyd at least give you a reason so you maybe you can clear it up. None the less, forever tainted.

STOP !!! STAY AWAY, SCAMMERS.

They lure you into their “crypto banking” platform and will pretend to check your personal informations and freeze your account in the process. Funny how they want a proof of funds the minute you are trying to withdraw from their wirexapp scam but none of that protocol to deposit the funds, i call that irony and fraud and the funniest part is that they are destroying the trust and their business so quickly right now, just go check on wirexapp twitter and see for yourself the comments under the pinned tweet. Wirex i have been a supporter for 2 years and personally invested a lot into $WXT but today i can tell you one thing, i will get my funds back from your garbage platform and i will make sure every single person i introduced to wirex does so asap. GFY.

Awsome wallet with awsome features

Before every thing i should be so thankful of strong supporting of the app, i had an unwanted change in my profile that it leaded to be signed out of my account, i was so worry of loosing ma account and the cashes in it, but by the help of the supporting team of wirex i could have access to my account after just one or two days. I really appreciate the supporting team of Wirex and also so thankful to them 🙏🏿❤️So Friendly user app it is No fees for transactions between wirex apps Providing debit cards for u...So dont doubt to choose wirex as your wallet 😉👌🏿

Don’t do it!!

Wirex has blocked my account for no reason. They stole all of the money that was in my account. When I contacted them first they were emailing in English until I asked about my money and they started emailing in German which I obviously cannot understand. They are playing some game. I need a refund of all the funds in my account but they will not help. Every message I get is from another member of their team. They do not take the time to read the previous messages and literally just continue to ask why I’m writing and to provide more details. Even after I am responding with detailed responses. This is the worst financial institution I have here seen. Wish I had never used them in the first place. Don’t get your money stolen.

TURN BACK BEFORE ITS TOO LATE

This whole operation is a sham with the most ludicrously incompetent customer service I have ever encountered. Before you download this load of crap and almost inevitably get either locked out of your account (after making a hefty deposit) or unable to do anything with it, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and check out a) their TrustPilot and b) their support forum. It has *two* threads of complaints (because they already filled one to the max of TEN THOUSAND) that have to be deferred to this forum just so you can get supports attention after making a ticket. Go on, look. I’ll be right here. …See? What’d i tell ya. Don’t do it. Turn away from this village of sin.
