Coinme needs to allow customers to redeem vouchers to any of there favorites account not only attached to a specific number

Can’t access my account

I bought a Bitcoin at one of your ATMs , and I tried to log in to my account. And it said it’s the the wrong password. When I know it is the right password. I tried to reset my password. And it said this user is not supported for reset password. And I’ve done this several times and it keeps saying the same thing.I tried to chat via help line . There’s no where where it states to reset password. So I called the phone number on the voucher and nobody is answering? I’ve left several messages. This is 48 hrs and no call back. This App I hate to believe that Coinme is a fraudulent company. Please rectify as soon as possible.

Pleasantly surprised

What I thought would turn out to be a financial nightmare, surprisingly seemed easier with Coinme at my local Coinstar Station. I now find myself taking extra time to learn the ins and outs of bitcoin, bitcoin cash and other innovative currencies.

Worthless. You can't trade crypto with this app.

The interface is simple which is a plus, but if you have money in bitcoin, and you want to move it to another currency you need to pay out at a Moneygram location and then use a second transaction to put the money back in. There needs to be a way to sell your currency, and just have it in your account then when the market is right for you, you buy what you want without involving a trip to a grocery store.

Beautiful and simple UI

Coinme has a simple and beautiful user interface. I can quickly check the value of my investment and how BTC has grown over various time periods. Looking forward to the added features to come!

Frustrating

I bought Vouchers but I can’t redeem it cos coinme blocked my account. I tried to unblock the account but they won’t do it. I opened another account with a different phone number. The least you could do what to help me change the number on Purchase they won’t do that either. How do I explain that I lost more than $7,500 on voucher that I cannot redeem. And they’re not giving options for reimbursement. This is a sham, Avoid Coinme. I repeat Avoid this app. They just wanna steal your money. Wish o could write a review without any star.

Mobile phone number….

I tried to login but they asked for my mobile number which I only have one. Once I put my number in, I get an error message that says that it is already with another account! This app needs to be updated so we don’t have this message. I don’t have any time to head to my nearest Vons and buy bitcoin at the kiosk. I was hoping that this one will be updated soon so I can buy it via iPhone.

Incorrect gmail or password

I tried to login to my account and it shows incorrect password or gmail and I tried to reset the password it shows password reset not specified for this user I don’t know what i have done wrong please I need my account back because I still have much to redeem there and please don’t try to block my account again I really the account please….you have my full star

I Can’t redeem my voucher

Coinme is a pain..I got a new cell number, I mistakenly use it on the kiosks which is different from my old cell number which I have in my Coinme account..it’s been like 3 weeks I’ve been chatting with the support team, they request for same info which I provide to them ..yet they still can’t update the voucher to the phone number which is registered on my Coinme account..this is very frustrating coz I can’t afford to lose my funds all because of a cell number which I’ve provided all the correct info they need to update the phone number which is on the voucher to the one in my account..Coinme need to have an upgrade on this agent and speciality team on resolving issues like this..
