La Aplicación es desastrosa, tiene links rotos, no está en línea y la funcionalidad mas básica de web check in NO SIRVE , ni siquiera permite ver el pase de abordar

This has to be the mostrar useless App that i have ever encountered!!!! Practically nothing works.
Booking with app is impossible.

Terrible App: Can’t get boarding pass
After being unable to get my boarding pass after a website check-in I got the app. It doesn’t work. I spent an hour trying to get a live chat to assist - after a few exchanges in English it resorted to Spanish (this was on WhatsApp)Finally got a human, who sent me a .pdf He was unable to explain to me how to successfully get the boarding pass from the app - his directions had me going in circles. Finally told me I’d have to go through this on my return flight too. Really. Worthless app and I’m dreading the actual flight.

Luego de hacer el checking se queda pegado en el avión volando indefinidamente.
Impossible to check in
Payment to wingo for bag and seats was made and accepted( A receipt was sent by mail) but the software ignores the seat payment and keeps asking to pay again, and obviously the check in process stops there, with no available solution.
Totally useless
Can’t continue the process because it says I’ve got to pick a seat and doesn’t let me to continue or to pick not to choose a sit. Useless and garbage.
