Fantastic app!

I’ve been an avid weightlifter for 20 years and I always have struggled keeping tabs on my lifts (number of reps, weight lighted, 1 rep max, etc) but this app does it all! With this app you can start working out and it will figure out what exercises you’re doing and it will track your reps. All you have to do is tell it how much you’re lifting and it does the rest. It has been great keeping track of what exercises I need improvements on and areas that I have been getting great gains from. Highly recommend this app!

Great and needs work

It is a great app, I'm astonished how accurate the auto detection is. Yes, I agree maybe sometimes it detects the wrong exercise or they do not support most leg exercises, but don't forget that it detects only based on your wrist movement, for programmed exercises, it detects over 98% times corrext. As someone familiar with machine learning, I know they have done a great job. The UI and the stats they represent needs some work of course but this is a relatively new app. You can check update history and see that they are improving it frequently and we just need to give them some time to make it perfect. I tried so many other apps and even though this is lacking some features, I chose it over other apps like strong, hevy, and so many others. The auto detection, makes it by far superior than others, at least for me. But again, it needs improvement, like they show muscle fatigue in the watch app but not in the iphone version, I'd rather to see it in the large phone screen. But I am sure they will get better and better gradually. Well done guys, well done! I mean it!

Changed My Life

I got this app after purchasing my Apple Watch hoping to get a more accurate fitness app then the one provided on the watch. This app was able to track every single workout I did in the gym and had automatic rep count, rest timers, and workout detection. The app is also very easy to use and motivated me to workout! You also can see what workouts your friends did and it automatically syncs the workout to the fitness app.

Amazing and hard to believe

I have been searching for years for an app to make tracking my workouts easier. When i came across this app, i thought it was too good to be true and wouldn’t work. But let me tell you, it works and it’s crazy how it knows what activities your doing and how much your lifting. I love that u can add custom exercises and you can tweak the rest periods to fit your goals. Also, it saves your workouts and shows you on the app what muscles you used and how much total volume you lifted which is so cool and helpful for when you want to progressively overload and track your progress. I no longer have to remember or keep track of what set or rep I am on. You can also make it social by inviting your friends and motivate each other and It syncs seamlessly with the apple watch. This app is a game changer. And if your a gym rat, you need this app. Seriously download it now!

Really enjoying this app

Very convenient little app for workout tracking. Love how easily it can detect what workout your preforming with the auto detecting feature and how easy it is to manually lookup and enter one that isn’t. Been using for a week now and already know that this is now going to be used every time I workout. The stats section is a great bonus. It shows what muscle groups I’ve been hitting and the areas I need to focus more on. One thing I wish would be different is when super setting. It will detect the different workouts, but I have to change the weight back and forth between the two different sets. Great overall!!!!

Update is cool but not perfect

I love this app. It makes it easier to track how much I lift, how long I take, and when/where I need to up my weight. However, ever since the update the timer doesn’t work at all and I often spend too much time resting without realizing. Also it has a hard time registering deadlifts. At least for me. I don’t believe it’s my form as it would count them previously and I haven’t changed it much and when I do try to change it it still won’t register. Other than that 5/5 would and have recommended to friends

Neat Application, Crashing Issues

I’ve tried this Application out for an entire week, first couple of days it logged the workouts fine (minor changes from the exercise it thought I did from what I really did).By the 4th attempt I started noticing big issues, I trained legs and biceps for 2hrs and when I was closing out and saving the workout, poof it crashed off my watch. Did core and some miscellaneous full body the following day and the today did chest and triceps and it crashed after 1.5 hrs just when I was nearing complete. However the last time it crashed it at least saved the data to my fitness rings, this time it lost everything.Hence the 3 stars, neat idea, poor execution. Not going to waste anymore time using it.

One of the best!

The train app will leave you speechless. From the auto calibration, to all the other little features it has to offer. This app is one of the best on the app store and i’m so glad I found it. As someone who likes to write down what they do at the gym, all the reps, and how long you were doing it for, this cuts the time down by a whole bunch! Would highly recommend train to anybody in your fitness community!

Favorite app

This app is amazing. It is very accurate and easy to use. The UI is inviting and provides details that other wise I would have to take time out of my day to do ie, reps and workout listed. For those super focused on their training and want to keep track of improvement this is the app for you. From a bit of a nerdy point of the AI in this and implantation of machine learning is really amazing. It is appreciated so shout out to the engineering teams and everyone involved in this application, can’t wait to see what is next!

I needed this years ago

Been using it for the last two days and I’m amazed how sweet the UI is on the Apple Watch. Less time consuming on marking down my reps and I love the fact that I can customize the workouts on this watch. $70 per year was a bit pricey for my taste but the reality is that it leaves more time to train and less time to log. Thank you for this amazing app. My only suggestion is making a group offer like $250 for family sharing, that or make the monthly rate to $10.
