Lives broken and Scarlett

The game is great I’m already on level 1,000 after just a month it’s very addicting and the story is captivating. However once it starts to cost you 2 stars to do tasks it takes 2 lives to play a level and not 1 and when you hit 3 lives you still only loose 2. If your going to use lives to play levels it should only use one per level. My only other issue with this is the character Scarlett, I know it’s to add to the story but Anna only brings up taking her to court once then is fine with her breaking in whenever? No! Why aren’t we given the option to remove her from the story, her character takes away from the enjoyment of finding the mystery’s and playing the peaceful levels, wish there was an option to remove her from the storyline.

Problems with lives

I absolutely love this game. I would tell you to download it right now if I didn’t have problems with my lives. I’m on level 304, in the beginning I didn’t have problems at all. But now I only have 2/5 hearts. I just tested it out to see what would happen if I intentionally lost 2 rounds, and instead of having 3 hearts I’m down to 0. It’s been doing this for a couple of days now, but I thought I was just losing more rounds than I thought. Other than this problem the game is amazing, I play it every day when I’m on my lunch at work or when I’m at home. It’s easy and challenging at the same time, and the story mode is also very interesting as well. I just hate that I’m losing hearts out of no where. If there’s a way someone can fix this, that would be great. I don’t plan on deleting the app, I would just like to play more!

Life Reset

I have been playing this game for about a month or so now and I gotta say, I absolutely love it!! It’s a good brain teasing game with an interesting storyline. However, once you hit the 200s with the levels, the puzzles get pretty convoluted. That’s fine, but I feel like we either need more lives, or the reset time for the lives should be MUCH smaller. In the beginning, it isn’t noticeable cus the levels aren’t bad, but after a while it feels like it takes 5 minutes or less to run out of lives and then you’re stuck waiting hours for more. ESPECIALLY because after level 200 something, the activities require 2 stars to complete instead of the 1. It makes it that much harder to progress into the game and therefore I lose my momentum.It’s a really fun game and I would hate to delete it, but there’s a point where it doesn’t feel like it’s worth it to play. Hope this helps out.

Very fun

This game is really great the concept is creative (and if I could actually date Sam I would). But there’s an issue with lives I don’t feel the traditional 5 is enough because for mecit can take up to a freaking week to solve one difficult level because if these stupid lives. They also take a long time to fill up again which is also very annoying. And is it just me or like once you get to level 215 it feels too hard probably just me. Items cost way too much especially since coins are really scarce. I don’t mind watching ads to get items because all of the ads are pretty appealing and appropriate so good job on that. I love the storyline so I’m going to continue to play the game and if it gets too hard I’ll switch over to word mansion yup I play that one too and it’s great.

Could be five stars (many bugs, great game)

Hi there. Frequent player here. I absolutely love the gameplay however there are many many many many many many bugs in this game and it is extremely frustrating. 1) as I open the app and look at my “hearts” I start out with five hearts. However, I noticed I can only lose twice before all my hearts are gone this is super frustrating considering they are so expensive and they take forever to generate. 2) A couple times I have played the daily puzzles, and it is literally impossible to win due to the lack of tiles and time. I’ll end up with two tiles left and there are no more tiles on the screen to group them up and win the game which makes me lose a heart that I don’t have many of to begin with. 3) this one isn’t really a bug but it’s very annoying… I understand you want to sell the coins that we earn in the piggy bank, however, the amount of times it reminds me that the piggy bank is full is so annoying especially considering I have to press so many pop ups about it in order to continue the game. Maybe just remind us every few levels, not every. single. time.Suggestions: try making lives easier to obtain (considering you’ve fixed the bug for the lives)Lives are super expensive in this game and totally unobtainable with the amount of coins we earn. Maybe if we invite friends we can earn lives that way. or watch ad videos for lives. there are many ways you can implement that feature Please fix those up and you’ll have another five star rating in no time because the gameplay is wonderful and the storyline is fun!!!!!

Loved

I loved playing until I logged in yesterday and all I got was a white blank screen. I tried support but it just bounces my message back saying can’t be sent. Sad now as I loved playing and got to the secret wing. Oh well.

Lives are messed up

**Updated** It’s a decent game but like others have said, the lives are messed up. Frequently uses two lives instead of one. And I also feel the coin accumulation is way too low for the cost of coin items.Update: I found a support email and emailed the devs like 3 days ago about the lives issue. I got a response that they would work on it and today there was an update and it appears to be fixed! Great job to the dev team on listening to their customers and providing prompt fixes for reported issues!

NOT good anymore

Do NOT waste your time. Yesterday, this game was great. Today, I updated and now it deserves less than 1 star. Now, you get pop up ads WHILE playing levels. You’re just matching away and suddenly, BAM!, you’re watching some dumb ad. Yesterday, everything cost 1 star. Today, they cost 4 or 5. Which I could deal with IF I hadn’t just spent literally hundreds of stars on her ridiculous love triangle, making food, sending her boyfriends off on errands. She’s supposed to be redoing this mansion. I spent, maybe, 15 out of 400 stars on the mansion. The rest I spent so she could screw with these dumb guy’s heads.SKIP THIS GAME

Enjoyed at first.

When I first downloaded this game I really enjoyed. As time goes on I’m starting to slowly dislike it. The first thing I don’t like is the way they have you use your stars, I understand when it comes to redecorating the place, but when you end up using all of your stars to talk to someone, to investigate a sound, or and object, to sleep, etc. those are just some of the things that you have to use them on. The game starts getting boring because you are using your time to just waste your earned stars. The second thing that is making me really dislike this game is the fact when you run out of all 5 lives you have to wait for the time to bring them back which is normal but there are so many times where I run out and I go back into the app hours later and it only has given me one back and says 29 minutes left for the next one, I’ve had it where the next day I only have one life back. I’m getting to the point of just deleting the game.
