Good Game…Bad Customer Service

I really like this match 3 game - challenging and great storyline. I will agree with other reviewers that they need to produce more levels quicker. There are so many match 3 games out there people will go elsewhere. Once you complete all the levels they put you into a 14 day “winners league” tournament where you compete against other people for how many levels you can complete in 14 days. Interesting concept to keep people playing but there is a glitch. I found I was being flipped from one tournament group to another almost each time I logged in. Frustrating- close to the top in one league. Logged out come into another league. Log out come back into the first league again. Even with screen shots showing the problem Customer service was unhelpful and condescending - telling me the other players were probably just changing their screen names. Um ok.

Love this one!! Made an addition at the bottom!

Just loaded & finished 1st episode. It had me laughing from the start!! Love this storyline& like the fact that you have as choice of being “ snarky “ or nice! My 1st choice ( as American!) was “ snarky “. But as I thought about it- this is an American woman in Paris. Maybe she should be nicer than I may ( or may not be-depending on the situation!) But have to say - while not good at remembering names- this guy is worth being nice to- he seems to be quite helpful & knows what he’s doing. Nice to have someone like that around!!🥰🥰. But I found an issue you might want to check into! There’s another game by another company that is a copy of this one!! The name is Paris Crush! The company is Black Popcorn ( I think that is the name.) Theirs isn’t out yet, but it is advertising on one of the games I am playing now!!!

Love this game

First off I am in love with Paris, when I saw the ad I jumped on it. Love the music, and the background. I became hyper focused because of the awards and kept playing. I just couldn’t stop. I wanted to see what happens next. I can’t wait for more Episodes and levels as I have maxed both. I can’t wait to see more of the story. The only “real” money I spent was for the outfit, but that is not needed if you don’t want to have it. Have fun playing this game!

Among the best Match 3/Design games

I’ve long enjoyed Match 3 games. When the design element was introduced, plain Candy Crush style games were no longer in my repertoire. I tried many, often disliking the story, the animations and artwork, the myriad language errors, and sometimes, just the game play. I first downloaded Match in Paris several months ago. I enjoyed it but shortly after I began playing, I needed to delete a few things. Away it went but I intended to get back to it.Less than a week ago, I decided to resume Match in Paris. I’d forgotten what fun it was! The dialogue is perfect, everything worded and spelled right, as well as seeming organic. The story itself is engaging; I look forward to seeing how everything works out for our heroine and her new Parisian friend! The animations and artwork are splendid; no complaints there, either.What makes me a sad panda is that I have reached the end of the episodes but not the story! Ooooh, I am SO frustrated! The game is a long way from being finished, story-wise, and I just hate that. I hope more will be coming soon, with enough to keep going until the next update after that!

I seldom write reviews. Match in Paris

I am really liking this game. I find that I can beat the levels. Some I’ve had to have a little help on but they also give you many free options to use. I find the story humorous and interesting. I have had no problems playing the game, no glitches etc. I was playing two other games and just gave up on them because the levels were impossible and they did not give you free tokens etc. to use. This one does. Yes I have bought a few little packets that were like $2.99. But there are many free options.

Awesome gameplay

This has to be one of my favorite games! The graphics are terrific, the game play is great and the story line reels you in. I wish i would have read the reviews first before getting completely attached and would have noticed the story doesn't seem to have been continued in at least a year. Chapter 11 is where it stopped. Yes there is still gameplay and a tournament but the main feature of this game is developing the story, hotel and decor. Half the fun is missing. I hope the developers haven't abandoned the game completely. Shame, game has amazing features!

When Will We Have New Levels To Play?

For now I am giving this game five stars because I have enjoyed playing so much. However I have finished playing all the levels they have so far which were not that many. Developers, can you please give us an idea of how much longer it will be until your ready with new levels for us to play? Or if there is even a reason to keep your game on my phone? I have been checking in from time to time to see if any new levels have appeared to no avail. I will give it awhile longer before I delete the game. I hope you will indeed have some new levels soon with an update as the game itself is so enjoyable. Thank you.

Customer service

I love the game. The storyline is great and decorating is fun. But I have attempted several times to contact customer service and nothing. What ever you do, do not make purchases in this game! Half of the time you don’t receive your purchase but no one is going to help you if you do. If you play and never buy then you will be ok, if you do buy be careful. I have screenshots that was provided and all info added and still nothing! Again it is a good game but customer service is completely going to ruin it. Very disappointed. I’ve been trying for more than 4 days to get help and all I received was could I provide more info so I did. Good luck everyone. I will not make another purchase from this game. EVER!

Fun challenging but needs more

I really enjoy playing this game it’s challenging I love the decorating so far the storyline is great I love that I get to pick part of the story overall it’s a great game but now I can’t play anymore it said I’ve reached the end of the episode and they’re working hard to get more but when is it going to get more I’m gonna end up deleting the game because of space and not looking at it again so that’s why I give it three stars I would really like to see more episodes soon so that I may continue playing I would recommend a game most definitely if and when it has more episodes it kind of leaves you hanging and when it does update am I going to lose all the stars is another question

Needs an update

Love the story but it moves along too slowly…gets boring after awhile. Needs more boosters to pass levels. Upper levels are to difficult to pass even with the measly amount of boosters offered. Other games offer come back booster gifts if they haven’t played in awhile. Boosters cost way too much money. Coins allotted when actually winning a level are way too small. It costs too many levels to accomplish simple tasks..like choosing a new clock might cost you 3 stars. Come on already.. Last but not least, where’s the romance in this story? Started out then died. Update quickly before this game dies out.
