Don’t know how I lived without it!

SimpleCal is great! When I first started using it, I color coded the entries according to what type of appointments I entered because only I was using it. When I had to start keeping track of a family member’s appointments, I made all my appointments one color and all their appointments another. Birthdays have another. Financial/legal have another… you get the drift. I check it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. It’s a lifesaver if you have any kind of memory or attention deficit. Five stars and more!!! UPDATE— The more time goes by, I don’t know how I did without this app! I’m an adult with adhd (inattentive), and have great difficulty keeping track of time. With SimpleCal for major calendar day items and a to-do list app, plus my phone alarms, I’m able to manage my life. Five more stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️UPDATE— The first and last app that I check every day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice alternative to Cozi Calendar

I’ve been using Cozi (gold version) for years now, but sick and tired of paying the annual fee. The main thing I liked about the Cozi Gold was it would send me 3 reminders. I looked every year for a calendar that did this, but couldn’t find one. Maybe I missed them, as there are so many...I only have so much time and patience to try some every year. Anyway, I stumbled across this app and resided myself to having to deal with only 1 reminder. Well, to much surprise, it had 3! YES! About the only thing I don’t like is o have to view an entire month - I’d like to be able to view weekly, but I can certainly deal with that. One thing I’m going to have to research is why my husband’s email is also in the settings. I need to see if he will be linked if I put the app on his phone. If not, no biggie.

I will forever be in debt to the creator.

Thank you for making this app. Seriously. It is so easy to use. You can make recurring events, show the weather up to a week ahead, make different colors so events stand out, make reminders, add notes to events for more details, I could just go on. It tells you exactly what is going on by glancing at the calendar, not by having to go into multiple things to see what is going on this day. I seriously am just so happy with this app. I have had it for awhile and it is always kept so simple. THANK YOU!!

Colors

I would like to see more variety of colors available to use in the calendar. I use a certain one for doctor appointments, another one for work schedule, one for Finn activities, one for errands, one for church stuff, etc. I would love to see a pet pink that stands out better than the pet light one but not the bright pink colors you have. A normal pink. I like the silver but it's too light and gold would be best to add and a copper one or copper orange rust type. Spring fall summer winter colors just as long as they are dark enough to stand out. I don't use dark mode. Thank you! I love this calendar!! I want to see all our holidays, but only once, love the win numbers, would like to see how many days we are in the year and how many we have to go. May be fun to add funny holidays for every day. Simple Calendar

This calendar is exceptional for me. I like that you can color coordinate your activities/schedules to your liking so that every thing doesn’t have to be the same color. I like the option to assign calendars. It’s quite easy to enter new appts/activities. I haven’t tried out the new update for color for weekends yet, but I’m sure that I will. I don’t particularly like the standard calendar for iPhone because it doesn’t open up to allow you to see events without you changing it to daily view. I don’t like the dots appearance in the months view. But this calendar simplifies things for me. Keep up the good work developers.

Easy To Use

I am not one to log appointments since I seldom have more than one per month , but lately, Multiple and recurring appointments seems to be the norm now. The days of taking two aspirin and call if you don’t feel better within the next three days or so are gone. Now I needed a simple calendar that Is easy to use, one that will help me monitor my appointments and keep me on schedule and this was it. I only wish the reminder notification occurs at least one hour prior. Rather than 15 minutes before appointment time. This is a good tool

Love this app

I love the simplicity of this calendar app. It’s easy to see at a glance what I have scheduled when I am making other appointments, since I can see the day and brief description of the event for an entire month at a time. and I love that it syncs with my iPhone default Calendar so I can glance at the current day quickly in my widgets function. One small improvement is that I do think it would be cool if the daily tasks stayed highlighted in my notifications that show up on my Lock Screen for the entire day unless I clear them. They currently only highlight until I unlock my phone for the first time, and a little longer would be nice 😊 otherwise the app is more than awesome!

Easy with good options

The only reason I’m not giving this a five is because it does not automatically print the time first before the title of the appointment. Right now for title I type in the time and the title of the appointment. Such as: 830 Dr Bob. So I don’t have to tap into that day to see what time the appointment is. So when I look at a day I know right away what times I am busy. I have found others that will do that but they don’t have the rest of the functionality that this does. I would also like to remove some of the holidays. Other than that I really like it. I’d like it much better than the calendar that came with my iPhone.

THE BEST!!!! add more colors!!!!! and a sign in option to save!!!

The best app ever. I wish it had more colors to put, please. It’s a very very good app. Although, I have a really big concern. This app is like a diary for me. So i'm afraid that if something happens to my phone, all of the events will be missing and disappeared for over a year and half that i’ve been using it. I have different calendars with all of the colors reflecting everything i do daily. So i would love it if it had a Sign in-log in option for the users to save their calendars in one place: this app. It’s simple and fantastic! It overlaps the other generic calendar apps on the App Store! Amazing! Please, consider and review my concern for the next update, it would be very convenient for everyone and it would help others to log in their calendars to different devices. Oh and i would love more colors, maybe palettes? Not asking for much, thank you so much! 😍❤️❤️❤️ Please download this app. You won’t regret it! It keeps your life organized and on track!!
