Used to be awesome! Until

I’ve used this calendar for a long time now to sync all of my calendars in one place. I loved that I could see the whole month at once and it was easy to view, use different colors, everything was great! Until one day I started getting an error about syncing but no way to get rid of it, so everytime I was in the app this error message would pop up continuously until I just had to close the app. The error was something about syncing with outlook and apparently it was no longer able to do that which was the #1 reason I was using this app so I had to delete and I haven’t been able to find anything that works as well as this used to

Amazing to centralize calendars across devices

I use Microsoft Exchange for work, Google for personal life and follow other calendars (e.g. church, holidays). I heavily use my calendar for task management keeping them as all-day events that I constantly drag and drop to block time in my calendar to work on tasks, or to put them back as all-day events. I use iPhone, iPad and Windows 10. I’ve tried TONS of calendars to centralize all of them, such as Apple’s, Google’s, Calendars 5, Outlook’s, etc. None of those calendars managed drag and drop of events easily and the views were not good. One Calendar is GREAT. I have the free version for iPhone and iPad, and purchased premium for Windows 10.

Amazing support and easy to use!

One Calendar is the best calendar app I have ever used. I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I it’s been amazing. The app is so easy to use and has a simple and clean layout. Recently, I had one issue with my premium version not working on a new device and their support corrected the issue for me! I highly recommend One Calendar for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and easy to use calendar app.

Finally - a calendar which provides applications for my Windows PC, my Mac, and my iOS devices!

I use a Win 11 laptop, an iPhone, an iPad, and a Mac Mini. I used to rely on iCloud for Windows to integrate my Apple calendars with my Microsoft Outlook calendars. Always quirky, it finally stopped working. Now I use this wonderful tool which rapidly presents my Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars and lets me update them from every platform. Love the fact that it doesn’t need a browser, but instead provides native apps for Win, iOS, and Mac OS. Thank you, thank you, thank you - well done!!Update: I had one intermittent problem in Mac OS. After a couple of e-mail exchanges, the developer figured out the problem, told me what to do, and now it’s fixed. Couldn’t be happier!

Not a great first impression

I'm on the market for a new app, since Ventura's iCal and its all-new exchangesyncd doesn't sync anymore (you can Google that for details). Trying to add my corp Exchange® calendar, the Tab key doesn't work to switch from email address field to password — I mean, this is works-by-default Cocoa stuff, I wonder how you can possibly get that wrong? The app crashes as soon as I save. On relaunch, it loads my events pretty fast 👍, but then I find out that I can't create a new event by dragging the time period over the calendar... And there is no way to find out whether the persons you invite into the meeting are free at that time or not. I think this app has a long way to go before being able to compete with iCal, but hey, at least it works.

I Love the Monthly view

The 2 reasons I got this app was for the monthly view and to not have anything google on my phone. You can see every appointment in the monthly view, which I think is a great feature to be able to glance at. I do not like the iPhone calendar app at all because it doesn’t have monthly view and you have to click on each day. I paid extra to customize it which in my opinion was worth it, although it didn’t say if that was a one time charge or monthly charge, but either way, this app is worth it!

Almost

The interface is smooth and easy to use. It has the views that I like with a choice of three views for week. You can see the full month in two of the week view for easy glances at future dates. I have been using Awesome Cal for several years. I like the one cal interface much better. One key feature is missing from one cal…the note and task feature. This is the reason for 4 stars. The other feature that Awesome cal as is the ability to star an event that color codes the entire day. I use this feature to highlight the days of a recurring event that I can attend. Example, I attend some basketball games during the season. I subscribe to the calendar so it lists all games. Instead of looking at each game to see when I can attend, I star it so I can easily and quickly see which game I plan to attend. This feature is a nice to have. That key feature may be a deal breaker. I don’t want to maintain two separate apps. Why doesn’t the app let you edit a recurring event after it has been created? You have to delete it and create a new one if you want to make changes.

Clean, Uncluttered Design

I love this calendar app. I appreciate the simplicity and clarity of the display. So many other calendar apps are so complex, offering so many different options, that even the settings are hard to understand. The simplicity of the interface is intended by the developer. Just enough options to have the calendar look the way I want, but not so many options as to make it confusing. The developer is also quick to respond when I have made contact.

Love It

I have a very busy schedule, and One Calendar does an excellant job both visually as well as an audible reminder that I have an important event coming up. I have this Calendar on my MAC, iPad, and my iPhone. Now, is there any suggestions to improve on this? I would have to say yes, but they are not critical. I would like to see the fonts having the ability to change size, as well as a selection of different fonts. Finally, the ability to have it on my Apple Watch.

Almost

According to my wife I am totally obsessed with Calendar apps on my iPhone. I have looked at several different ones looking for the perfect app and this one seems to come as close as any I have used. The thing I like is a calendar that has a full month calendar where you can see each day and what’s going on. Not like the one that everyone seems to like where it has a Calendar and then underneath it has a list of things coming up. I like to look at it like he would look at a calendar on your wall. The two things I wish this calendar app dad was showing the actual date in the app icon on my screen, and a wider selection of themes or letting me use one of my own photos. But that’s only for someone who is totally obsessed with Calendar apps.
