Didn't work. Full of ads

Downloaded it, approved network access but it did not connect to the Samsung TV. It saw all the Firesticks but no TV. Ads all over the place. Pushing their paid version over and over.

Great remote but price is ridiculous!

The App works great! No issues! But to pay so much to use it!?!? I get it you need to make some money developing the app and maintenance but why so much? Should be like 5.99 annual subscription!

1. Frequently asks to reconnect with device2. Sometimes TV stops responding to inputs 3. Ads are annoying for free version and the above two issues prevent me from moving to proNice when it works though.

Wow 🤦‍♀️😮

It is so smart and stupid that they have the nerve to charge you for a remote on your phone. Their TVs cost an arm and a leg but on top of all that they have the nerve to charge you for a remote digitally but at the same time I get it, it’s a business and nowadays nothing is free!

Ridiculous but it works so far.

I just downloaded the app and the first thing I tried to do was turn down my volume… but I couldn’t as that comes at a cost. Worst part is I have the physical remote control but for some reason, despite me changing the batteries multiple times it simply doesn’t work anymore. I guess Im just going to watch it at this volume. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible

My TV was recognized before I made the payment. After I paid it didn’t work at all. I tried all troubleshooting and asked for a refund but no one replied.

Ads too often

Ads would pop up while controlling the TV, interrupting everything, good luck trying to type something.

Charged even though I cancelled before trial

I was just charged for an annual subscription even though I cancelled before trial ended. It does not work unless you have the physical remote which is why I cancelled. I can’t find a contact number to request a refund
