Don’t get this app!!!!

Makes you agree to an outrageously priced subscription ($4.99 per WEEK!!!! ) under the assumption that you have a 3 day free trial. However, nowhere does it tell you how to cancel the “free trial.” Currently waiting for an answer to my email to their support team, hopefully telling me how to cancel this ridiculous service.

I lost my remote! This is a life saver!

So my dog chewed my remote up then my daughter smashed it almost a year later and it had been going through the usual wear and tear of crotch goblins and doggos with zoomies ya knowwwAnywyas I was so upset because I thought “now I have to wait over a week for a remote and this is to my main tv 😅” WRONG! This app saved my life with two hectic kids and this is the first app I’ve spontaneously downloaded and it actually worked!Only down side is maybe make a monthly subscription or yearly? Weekly is a bit much for someone who only gets paid bi weekly or monthly. Or someone like me who pays bills in bulk.

Does not fully work

I asked for a refund immediately after purchase they told me they cannot due to not having their users personal accounts. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, and the only time I’ve ever heard that! The volume doesn’t work for the tv and it’s supposed to be universal. $30 wasted! Do not get this!!!

Don’t download this app

This is the worst app! I recently downloaded this app thinking it would be great. Unfortunately i was wrong, when i tried using the app it was slow and didn’t work. It also had me sign up for a subscription before I could even test the app out ( should’ve been a automatic red flag ). When it wasn’t working, I cancelled my subscription without any worries of my card being charged . 3 days later the app still charged my card even after not using the app for more than a day. I am highly upset and I want a refund!

Disappointed

Tried using it but it won’t work until after I pay for it. Not going to waste money on something that doesn’t even work before I pay for it. Waste of time and space on my phone.

How to cancel

For everyone who like me was freaking out over the ridiculous payment for an app that didn’t even I work I have a solution. Go into setting on iPhone and at the very top it should say your name, Apple ID, iCloud, media and purchased click on that. Than under where it’s how u pay like master card or what ever it is it should say subscription. Click that and it should bring this app up and than click end free trial. I hope this got out to the right people and I hope it helped.

Remote out of control

I bought a tu8000fx. 43 inch around pandemic time. We’ll my controller went south. It started acting up, so I replaced the batteries put brand new Dora sells it in the thing went haywire. I haven’t been able to control my TV for two days. Can’t get anywhere. I can’t go to anything can’t click on. It’s just a nightmare and my buddy has one of the download for Samsung TV and it’s a nightmare too but this app is super easy. The only thing I have a problem with this is the touchpad and get in the movie to play but I just tap on it a few times you’ll figure it out very easy to use.
