Great product!

I’ve been using this app a long time—it’s fun to send people real mail to let them know what I’m doing and keep in touch. The background selection and ability to select the colors for the backgrounds has improved so much from the early days. I love that I can personalize the postcard and make it fit the picture so much.

Timing is everything

I have been using Postagram for three or four years, and love the product. And everyone I’ve sent cards to has loved the product. But this year I ordered Christmas cards on December 19 and some of my friends are just receiving them ( January 8)Really disappointed. I contacted customer service yesterday, and was told that they will refund my money. That’s good,but what I’d really like is to continue to use the service and know that my cards will be delivered and delivered on time.

Nearly perfect

I love everything about this except the limited templates. More choices would be fun. I’ve seen people comment about “at recipients post office for delivery” and never seeing it update to delivered. That’s as far as the tracking gets, my daughter has received every card I’ve sent and the status still says that so just because it says that doesn’t mean it didn’t get delivered. Hope that clears things up for some

Saves so much time; everyone loves them

Using Postagram for my thank you notes saves me lots of time- I send them laying in bed, on the subway, waiting line, etc. With a newish baby we have lots of thank-yous to write and lots of pics on my phone of our kid using/wearing said gifts, it’s the perfect app. And I often get a thank you text or email when people get the postcard, and I’ll see them in people’s fridges. I’d just like to request a background with a “thank you” design. I can’t be the only person using this for thank you notes...?

Fantastic. Now they need a letter writing version

This has been great while deployed overseas. Sometimes it can be tedious sending letters, but for events I’ve missed out on I can send something special, like this and they keep it as a keepsake. I’ve sent one for every month I’ve deployed, and my wife loves it because I’ve made them into collectible trading cars for her. When the covid19 pandemic hit, mail at my location came to a stop. And during black out periods, calling home seemed next to impossible. But when I could get a signal, I sent Postagram a to nearly all of my friends, family, my wife and kids especially letting them know I’m ok. For Christmas, thanksgiving, birthdays and more, I revert to Postagram’s sister app INK to send special made cards. I cried tears of joy when I saw my kids holding the cards up and my wife received hers with her birthday gift. I love this app. And the INK app as well. I do wish they had a letter app to accompany these two apps, as pen pal letter writing isn’t dead, and I want to say more heartfelt words into paragraphs and not 170 characters

Amazing customer service

Not only is this a great app that is really easy to use but their customer service is amazing to say the least. Zeno was the person who helped me and they went above and beyond. I went to my previous orders and saw a card I had sent with a picture of my uncle that has since passed and I sent an email trying to see if they could send me the file for the photo used. But since they can’t save every file Zeno said they would send me a copy of the Postagram I had sent Year’s earlier. It really means more than I can put into words and I will use this app as long as it’s available. Thank you so, so much!

Love love love

I found this app mentioned in an Oprah magazine issue and downloaded right away. I love this app and use it often to send my friends and family fun mail. One feature I wish it had was to be able to zoom out the photo. However, I do love the postcard templates that allow you to change the color background schemes. I recommend this app to others a lot.

A favorite way to share memories

I’ve been using Postagram for almost five years. It’s been a favorite way to share memories in a tangible way with my parents and siblings who do not live near us. Often after a visit I’ll send a favorite snapshot. My boys also love to revive them.Postagram is easy, fast and affordable. The app is user friendly and I have nothing but positive things to say!

If you don’t have it, you need it

My mom would always make me write thank you notes. I didn’t like doing them. But this app makes it fun and easy. What I love is the fact that all you need to do is pick a design, write whatever, and add a photo. The rest they do, create it and mail it. I told my mom that I use this app and I guess she ended up using this app too. My only request is just more of a variety of designs. Sometimes you just want something different. It’s not bad if you only use the app every now and then, if you use it often. More designs would be great. There’s like 28 designs which is good for an app like this. The only other request is that I sometimes find myself writing more than it will let me. Maybe having more room to write would be nice to have. Having a back side option on the app where you have extra room to type more stuff, would be extremely useful. Aside from that a great app that I think everyone should have on their phone.

Postagram is so great you just snap a pic and say something quick hit recipient and your fun photo is on its way. Love it!!Postagram has been such a joy to my friend a Veteran who recently had a leg amputation His son says these family postagrams give him strength and Joy keeping in touch with his family and new great granddaughter and he looks forward to the mail each day. He lives several states away from his family.
