Worked fine once, but never again

I installed this and it worked great, one time. When I transferred to another line, it would no longer display maps, and would not update my location. Reinstalling the app from scratch didn’t fix the problem. Would be one star, but I’ll give it two since it did work as advertised one time.

Not fully accurate, Good to use as reference

When using, you have to make sure you are looking at the correct stop and for the correct bus. Even when, it’s never always fully accurate, always off by a few minutes. Has bugs here and there but not too bad. Good to use as a reference just to get an idea of how long you have to wait for you bus.

It would be good if it was consistent

I use the app several times a week, but it’s difficult to rely on it when a bus suddenly falls off the list and reappears somewhat later.This is especially problematic when a bus from over a mile away, that doesn’t come to the area, shows up on the list.A useful enhancement would be to allow the app to signal the driver, so that they know where to stop when it’s dark.

Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Not accurate at all

For the past week now I’ve been trying to use this app to tell when my bus comes but every time I bring it up, it says there are no busses available as opposed to a couple weeks ago it always had my bus show. On top of that I’ll wait for my bus and it says 5 minutes away when in reality the bus will be 10 minutes or more. Also, I’ve missed my bus and was late because the bus on my schedule will flip around and not even come down my street.

Frustrating

Out of all the other bus/transit apps, this is the only one that “works”, and is the most accurate.However, there are plenty of glitches, crashes, and inaccuracies, which makes it all the more frustrating. The developers of this app seriously need to upgrade things.Of course all of these apps are rendered moot, since the mood of any given driver adds to the time delay. That, and the myriad of difficult passengers slowing up the bus even more.

App no longer works

I’ve been using this app for years and now it no longer shows local transit arrival times. I can see transit routes in Arizona. This has been the case for the past two weeks.

Used to be best bus app around

To start off I have owned this app for about 3 years and it has always been helpful and reliant. This app now has just either been not taken care of like how it used to be but now the bus scheduling times wont even be accurate. I see a bus that says it’s coming in 4 minutes but 12 minutes pass by and still no bus and if you favorite a specific bus stop it tells me different times from the nearby buses and the bus I favorited. Please consider getting this app back on point.

Google Maps does it better

I have pictures of the app telling me for three months that Christmas Traffic would hinder my ride: It was July. The app estimates times (have proven it on many occasions) rather than actually tracking the vehicle real-time. So this is more of a crap shoot, than an educated guess. Once upon a time long ago, this app was decent... now, Google maps is far more accurate and reliable. Don’t waste your time of data downloading this forgotten relic of an app. R.I.P. NextBus.

Not the same since tart connect

This app is used to be really useful but ever since tart connect I’ve notice this app doesn’t get the same attention as it used to and now its completely useless. Tart bus takes you further than tart connect does since its a local use. I have a job to be at just like everyone else and this app was the only good thing about managing time when the bus arrived so many didn’t have to stand there for an hour or so especially since traffic and tourist. f tourist locations all over the world

Need to improve one-handed gestures

Double tap and drag up/down should be zoom in/out on map view. Currently, double tapping just zooms in regardless if you swipe up or down. All other map apps I know use the standard double tap and drag up/down for zooming im/out.
