Poor post purchase support
Haven't had a substantial update in a while and the most recent update has wiped out all controls for aircross 2. I now only see battery level when connected.

Works alright, but there are constant issues with adjusting the gimbal speed and it getting stuck. Also, it’s more than due for an update.Other than that, works pretty well.

App won't even connect to the gimbal. Overall lack of instructions and support.

App works really good, wished I could slow down the camera movements when using the app too move the camera. And a watch app would be really nice.

Bluetooth never connects
Am having a hard time connecting the gimbal via Bluetooth on my iPhone. The Bluetooth is not detecting on the gimbal, nor does the app response. I hope that Moza guys fix this issue. Also not able to update the firmware via my Mac. Somehow it does not detect even after connecting the usb-c cable.
Needs some tweaks
Setting up the timelapse feature requires significant patience. You can not manually enter the values. You have to use these oversensitive virtual dials. There is finer control but it’s one second per click. The app says it is connected to the gimbal, but when I click on a feature I get a message that states it connecting to the gimbal.

Wish it would actually work. Never could connect to my device. It just kept saying it was connecting and the wheel kept spinning. Tried everything but never worked.
